A very easy process. Very friendly personnel.

I love MDSave. It makes paying so easy and if a voucher is not needed, it’s easily returned.

My Dr gave me the wrong thing to purchase, so I didn't get anything done.

We appreciated having an option for reduced costs as self-pay patients. I appreciated that we were refunded for the test which was not used. The difficulty was that neither the hospital nor MD Save knew how to counsel me on which option to buy. I was having a thyroid ultrasound to check out whether a biopsy was necessary. I ended up purchasing both the thyroid ultrasound and the biopsy package. I was told that the package could not be divided up in cost to refund the biopsy part if that was not needed. However, the thyroid ultrasound was also not a complete ultrasound. It was only enough to detect that the lump was a cyst rather than possible cancer needing the biopsy. They did not look at the whole thyroid or take many measurements.

Process was easy quick and saved me money.

I’m grateful that you guys help me save. I don’t make a lot of money but finding out after taking the sleep test I had severe sleep apnea.
