Booking an appointment is super easy…

Booking an appointment is super easy and extremely fast, the whole experience using this telehealth platform has been good and a positive one overall. Even with my errors, or pharmacies, or the rx needing rewritten, can’t believe how tirelessly hard they have been working with me to help me with my adhd treatment and getting things right. It’s been hard finding drs in my specific area who are supportive of stimulant medications that are willing to work with me having Medicaid coverage. Thanks to MEDVIDI being affordable with the follow up appointments being cheaper- under $150 a blessing. I definitely am thankful and appreciate how the process is simple and every single person who works there is understanding and compassionate.

Switched to Medvidi and I’ve Never Looked Back

I transferred my care to Medvidi about a year ago, and it’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.
I initially worked with Dr. Henry Bradford, who set the bar high right out of the gate. He was professional, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable about my conditions. Every appointment felt focused and productive, not rushed or checkbox-driven like you sometimes get elsewhere.
Due to my own scheduling constraints, I later switched to Dr. Christine Ryan, and somehow the experience stayed just as strong. She’s been just as phenomenal, with the same level of expertise and genuine care. It never felt like a downgrade or a compromise, which says a lot about the consistency of the platform.
Overall, what stands out most is that the providers actually care. You’re not just another appointment slot. The entire Medvidi platform is also incredibly easy to use, especially when it comes to scheduling and managing appointments. It removes a lot of the usual friction that comes with healthcare.
I’ve recommended Medvidi to several friends and family members, and a few have already made the switch and had similarly great experiences. That kind of consistency speaks for itself.

Month 2 review

I’ve been seeing one of their providers for two months, but between loving my provider so far and their support system responding to an issue I had yesterday in a timely manner, I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate it. Usually these virtual/online clinics lack in one dept or another, not MEDvidi. I look forward to seeing the provider I do with them for months to come

Customer Service, No Service

My First shipment came quickly, I was taking the GLP pill lost no weight the first month. Time for the second round, filled out the form they took my payment but never received my meds. I sent email and they replied back there was a error on my payment. Wrong they were charging my debit card and there no was no error on my side. I lost no weight the second month, following the diet, walking everyday. Third round and they charged my debit card, sent no meds. I cancelled my prescription but no refund yet. This company is a ripoff and I would suggest not ordering from them.

Predatory

Predatory, will schedule a follow up appointment 30 days out, EVERYTIME. Will not send prescription to pharmacy, and the automated system hangs up on you. If you want a provider that actually cares, or puts in effort, go somewhere else.

A Word of Thanks.

I just would like to thank Dr. Bradley Noon,( and his assistant Tim Woods, for answering my calls and any questions I have)
Dr. Noon has been extremely helpful, professional, and very supportive in my mental health journey.
I feel he’s the right fit for my SEVERE anxiety, and ever since I’ve been on my anxiety meds, my panic attacks / G.A.D., and hypertension have tremendously subsided quite a bit ( although it’s hard still living in a toxic environment at home..that DOESN’T help, so I’m currently still in the process of trying to move..)

Anyway,
He listens and understands what I am going through and he always greets me with a genuine smile, with his extreme positivity energy that calms my nerves as well,and it makes my online appointment much more easier for me to speak with him.

It’s SO hard to find a good doctor and I wish he was in my area, so I could talk in-person at my appointments, but I am still very grateful for the online support.

SCAM!! Stole $200 from us and will not take my partner in as a patient.

SCAM!!! The whole experience was bad enough for my partner to the point where it even upsets me. He paid $200 and they wouldn’t even take him as a patient. They almost ghosted him too until he threatened to make a dispute. And in response they wrote made up discharge papers. What a joke, and for $200 per appointment I would expect it to be really nice. But even their services are bad, and again he got nothing out of what he paid for. I sincerely hope this review hurts them 😊.

He has already sent a 9th email to team@ medvidi.com (also texted his provider) requesting a refund after getting a discharge from 1 intake appointment. I have let you guys know in the Google reviews, and we have yet to receive a response 🙃.

New Response: He has sent out 9 emails total to you guys and the only actual response was made up discharge papers. I know it’s your company. You not only took our money and left but you are blatantly lying too.

Another Response… It doesn’t matter your psychiatrist wrote discharge papers to my partner after an intake appointment. Your doctor basically kicked him out and took his money. You can lie and say what you want about the email, again I know this is from your company. I have a screenshot of it on Google reviews. Anyways I am done arguing about this goodbye 👋

Bait-and-switch practice

Bait-and-switch practice. Prior to payment, I completed an online assessment quiz which indicated results—and the implied promise of appropriate care however, the assigned practitioner appeared unfamiliar with assessment results, contradicted the assessment the service did not match what was advertised. Paid for care that was not delivered and am requesting refund. Email from company that they are looking into matter.

my experience with this dock and customer service was outstanding

my experience with this dock and telehealth provider has been nothing but great and very impressed from the moment I spoke to my doctor. She immediately knew exactly they're correct questions to ask me and it made me feel very comfortable all the way down to experiencing issues with pharmacy not wanting to fill my prescription. I was walk-through with the app and especially Elizabeth. L helped me out tremendously by making me comfortable with the process and assuring that she would get back to me the following day with an answer she did contact pharmacy and made everything right very professional highly recommend this website and thank you so much Elizabeth for all your help.
