Received wrong item, still got to pay handling fees for return

I ordered the Solar edition from the Megadeth album. I have received an album that does not look anything at all to the solar edition. It is most likely the Ghostly Orange version I received. So I want to exchange it for the Solar edition, but then I have to pay 13 pounds handling fees. And they will refund the remains. I also paid shipping when ordering, so in the end I will have lost something like 26 pounds and have nothing to show for it.

I did not make the mistake, so why would I pay to fix the problem?

I order a shirt off megadeth.com oct 4 th and it’s now
Almost middle of January still no shirt there is no communication from them I have asked for a refund they don’t address it they continue to say there’s problems with there system DO NOT BUY FROM MEGADETH .COM

This was the first time I've ever pre-ordered anything off their website and all of the items I pre-ordered were canceled without an explanation but I have two shirts so I suppose that counts for something!
