I placed a bet on the match Ferro Carril Oeste 2 vs Boca Juniors 2 (Argentina Reserve League) on Over 2.5 corners.
According to multiple sources, the bet should have been winning:
Megapari’s own statistics showed 3 total corners
Flashscore also recorded 3 corners in total
Despite this, my bet was settled as lost, which I believe is incorrect based on the available match data.

I deposited 100,000 PKR into my Megapari account (ID: 1162134003), but the amount has still not been credited after 2 days. I have already provided them with payment receipts and bank statements as proof, yet there has been no real solution.
Every time I contact support, they keep giving the same reply: “Please contact us after 24 hours.” This has happened repeatedly, with no progress at all.
Customer service seems unhelpful and only gives automated responses instead of actually resolving the issue. For such a large deposit, this kind of delay and poor support is unacceptable.

I am speaking here from my email linked to my player account.
I submitted all the required documents: national ID card, deposit receipts, and player ID (1524290269).
However, Megapari refused to resolve the issue, citing "strict regulations." The reason they gave was that during registration I shortened my name (from four names to only two), and entered a temporary number (000000) in the ID field to protect my privacy, while the rest of the information was correct and matched my national ID.
Even when they replied to my comment on the site, their response was just empty promises like "we will solve the issue," without any actual action.
Their last official reply was on April 28, stating: "We do not believe this account belongs to you," and since then nothing has been resolved at all.
- I filed an official complaint on Casino Guru, but it was rejected on the grounds that Megapari’s rules are strict, even though I am the rightful owner of the account and have all the evidence to prove it.
- The review I posted on Casino Guru was rejected without any clear reason, while the company continues to receive undeserved high ratings. This proves that the platform itself is not neutral and deletes or rejects negative reviews.
- I also submitted a complaint to the licensing authority (Curaçao eGaming), and their response was that they cannot resolve individual disputes, advising me to seek an independent mediator (ADR).
- The mediator I contacted refused to intervene, claiming that Megapari’s rules are strict, even though I am the rightful account owner and have all the evidence to prove it.
Call to all players:
The licensing authority clarified that it cannot intervene in individual cases, but if all players submit collective complaints supported by evidence, it will take official action and penalize the company for its violations.
Therefore, I urge anyone who has been treated unfairly by Megapari to file a complaint with the licensing authority, attaching all evidence. This is the only way to protect players’ rights and force the company to fulfill its obligations.

I formally requested the complete deletion of my personal account and all associated personal data. However, the responses provided by the company have been inconsistent and contradictory.
On one hand, they stated that my data has been deleted. On the other hand, they indicated that the data could still be restored after lifting the account restriction. This contradiction raises serious concerns about whether my personal data has actually been permanently erased.
From a data protection perspective, true deletion means irreversible removal of personal data from active systems and backups, in accordance with recognized data protection principles (such as the right to erasure under GDPR standards).
Due to the lack of clear confirmation and transparency, I cannot verify that my data has been fully and permanently removed.

I worked with this platform as an affiliate and had a very disappointing experience.
At first, everything seemed normal. I brought players, and they deposited and played. But when it came time to withdraw my commission, the problems started.

A player (ID: 797993901) was marked as “blocked,” but my dashboard shows:
- Deposit: $121.70
- User Profit: -$302.75
So how is a “blocked” player able to deposit and generate activity?
It seems that player activity is counted when generating revenue, but rejected when paying commission. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.
I have full evidence including screenshots, chat history, and account data.

WARNING: My real experience with Megapari
I registered on Megapari and played normally.
When I tried to withdraw my money, they asked for documents – I sent them immediately.
Their response was shocking:
"There are no reasons to believe this account belongs to you."
Why? Because during registration, I shortened my name (from 4 names to 2 names) and used temporary zeros (000000) for my ID number out of privacy concerns.
I sent them my full national ID card. I sent them all deposit receipts from my personal mobile wallet. I sent them over 21 messages.
What did I get in return?
- "Wait 72 hours" – no response
- "Transferred to security team" – security team ignores me completely
- "We cannot change security team's decision" – dead end
I am not asking to change my registration data. I am only asking to withdraw MY OWN money that I deposited.
This is NOT just my problem. There are many similar complaints on Trustpilot from people with the exact same experience: frozen accounts, repeated document requests, then complete silence.
I am determined to get my money back. The authorities are now aware of my case.

On May 4, I promptly responded to Megapari’s request and provided my player ID (1524290269) along with all required contact details through the Trustpilot platform.
As of May 5, I have not received any response from them.
I have already contacted the relevant licensing authority (Curaçao Gaming Authority). Their response was clear: they do not have the authority to directly mediate disputes, but I may refer the case to an independent dispute resolution body (ADR) to handle the issue with the casino. If the casino refuses to cooperate, I can return with evidence of their refusal.
Accordingly, my case has been officially registered and is currently under review with the independent mediator Casino Guru.
I will also submit complaints to other specialized dispute and review platforms (such as AskGamblers, ThePOGG, and others) if the issue remains unresolved.
I am now waiting for a serious and effective response from Megapari within the coming days.
If the lack of response or refusal continues, I will escalate the matter again to the licensing authority with full evidence of non-cooperation.
