Had two ear piercings done in August. The piercer was great! Was not my first piercings, but the piercer still explained everything as he went and was very informative. They healed great, had no issues following their instructions.

When I went to get my ears pierced, I purchased 14K gold earrings, totaling $600 + tax. When I looked on line the earrings were $400 but in the moment, I was too embarrassed to inquire about the cost differential. My bad, I didn't pay attention to the karat (10 vs 14). Afterwards I realized I had been upsold. But my biggest gripe are the flatbacks - quality diamond earrings with flatbacks. Honestly, tired of being talked down to about sleeping better etc. That type of backing is better served for cartillage piercings not ear in my opinion but I'm no expert. Fact is, I wasn't made aware that the backing were were permanent as I would never have spent money on that. The piercer and service was fine but it's not the vibe as it was when the company was smaller. It feels that it's profit over people and honestly at this price point, I would rather support a smaller company. Sorry you've lost your way. Anna

Always really good customer service whether online or in store. Feel very secure shopping with them that if a product is faulty, which they have been, I can go to them to resolve it. Also in store they're always so helpful and get me to try on various sizes until I'm happy with the fit, even when they know I'm planning to buy something that day and am still considering my options. Zero pressure to buy and just friendly happy staff who are very knowledgable about their products. Whatever you are doing with your employees, Mejuri, it is working very well.

Beautiful pieces, good customer service and reasonable shipping. Perhaps pricey for gold vermeil, but the cost of all jewelry from all brands seems to be soaring these days.

We paid over 2k of jewlery receiving in very basic packaging and poor customer service.

We ordered multiple and returned GBP450 worth of items, Meijuri received the return 28 Sep and said we will receive the refund in 10 working days. Today is 12 Oct we still do not hear anything and still chasing for our refund payment please get back to us this is very disappoting.

When I picked up my online order at Walnut Creek Broadway store, the store personnel was not friendly and did not even offer the bag for my two items purchase. The customer service did not align with the store brand. Highly disappointed.
