I just received my Luca sofa and I love it. It's gorgeous and comfy. I would also highlight their customer service - The team has been attentive and personal throughout the purchase and delivery process, something scarce these days. Thank you Meli Meli team!

The couch is still not delivered because the logistics company is booking the delivery date wrong and wrong and wrong again. I called 5 times with them and still they don’t get it. It’s exhausting!

The Melimeli couches may be nice but if anything goes wrong be prepared to receive zero to none customer service. They do not listen to the customers' concerns, are tone- deaf to valid issues and show no interest to resolve them or even meet the customer half way. The customers is always wrong here.

Customer service was not good, also we find it weird that return is not allowed if the package is open, we needed to open to bring it into the building (suggestion from delivery company) and also to bring it into the apartment because it was one single box with one piece of soffa… customer service was not the best and this policy of not return allowed if package is open needs to be clear during yhr selling process and also provide info on the size of the whole box (not just dimensions of soffa, the dimensions are irrelevant if there is no description of how the soffa will be packaged and what the dimensions of the total package will be at the end)…
Soffa is lovely of course! We loved it, and we are happy with it…

Very nice sofa, as described. No delay in the production (as announced) and quick delivery to Norway after that.
For the delivery, it would however be good to have a bit more advance notice, but otherwise, all good!

Good email customer service, prompt replies etc. Slow delivery was the only issue I had to chase on.
