The plan I got feels kinda specific to…

The plan I got feels kinda specific to my results, not just some random file they send everyone. It takes me like 5 or 10 mins in the evening so it’s easy to fit in. Instructions are simple too, even if you don't know anything about it. Been at it for 3 weeks and I feel a lot more confident now. Nothing crazy but it’s working. The trial is super cheap, like 3 bucks, but you gotta be careful coz it jumps to 25 every two weeks after. Came close to skipping the monthly deal, but yeah… the results speak for themselves for now.

The tips on handling social situations…

The tips on handling social situations and breaking the ice are pretty decent. I used to be super awkward in groups, but the step by step guides helped me chill out a bit. Some of the advice feels a little obvious if you’re already an outgoing person, but for me, it was helpful. Support team was quick to reply when I had a login issue. Good experience overall.

Been using this for a month now and it’s alright

Been using this for a month now and it’s alright. I didn't quit after two days, so that's a start ))) The exercises are pretty short and I don’t need any gear, so I just do them whenever I have a minute. Not a huge change, but doable to keep up daily. The sign-up was a bit annoying though. Feels way too pushy with all the sales talk and I wish the price was clearer from the start. Exercises are good anyway.

The workouts are pretty solid

The workouts are pretty solid, and I’ve seen a difference after about two weeks, which is nice. Even the anatomy stuff is pretty interesting. But man, the learning curve is a total mess. I was pretty confused about the plan, so I had to message support. They took a whole day to reply not great at all. Plus it crashed once in the middle of a session, so that was annoying. Exercises are solid but they really need to fix the technical side and the onboarding thing.
