I ordered a spin to be delivered November was then told stock wouldn’t be in warehouse till 15th Dec emailed asking if had been shipped on the 16th as Christmas present to be told January 5th then the 17th January and now the 28th. They didn’t take 3 months to take my
Money though. Don’t use plenty of other companies do the same products and won’t let you down. Sick of giving benefit of doubt refund requested and beach waver ordered

I ordered one of their advertised hair curlers that was promised if was to order pre order November ready for dispatch in time for Christmas. This was one of my daughters main gifts that she had her heart set on. I did not receive the item and was promised I would receive it by the 4th January instead! Here we are still waiting! I have sent email Upton email requesting where is my order and they have ignored every message! Absolutely disgusting customer care and service! I have requested a refund! Watch this space
