Do not use referral program! Denied without reason

I have been a customer of MGM online for about 2 years, visiting nearly daily. They have a constant promk for referring people to the site. I had a friend over, talked MGM up and they signed up under my name. I watched this process take place. We followed all the states rules. However after depositing and play through was completed, I did not recieve the promised bonus. I contacted customer support (there is evidently no phone support for my state) and was told via chat that the friend would have to contact support to inquire. He contacted support and was told that I should contact them to inquire. When I reached back out they simply said I was not eligible and closed that chat while I was still texting with them. This is unacceptable behavior for such a reputable company. I would absolutely not make any references expecting them to fulfill their bonus pledges. It makes me seriously question their integrity all around.

The worst site iv used

The worst site iv used, don’t get sucked into the sign up 300 spin offer they genuinely will take and take and take and if a game does pay ye something its like 10% of your deposit and wont build onto it just let it run away down to next to nothing again then back to about 10% of what you’ve sank into it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE PLEASE.

*MGM Grand Detroit Central Market*

*MGM Grand Detroit Central Market*
No stars if I could go that low. The hours of operation are not correct. The night staff is extremely rude. We arrived 20 mins prior to closing, we were let in to order, we ordered food and then our order was canceled. This has happened several times. Truly disappointed in the lack of customer service. The managers on duty could only talk in circles and the unpleasant women who canceled our order could only say..I'm not dealing with this. Sadly nothing is going to change because they can get away with it, but people should know what to expect.

Got your basics covered

I’m just writing to review the MGM Springfield MA location. Springfield MGM is small. Compared to the two giant casino that are geographically close. MGM fills the basic needs of a casino. Slots, poker, roulette, Sportsbook. I understand the place is there to make money so I’m trying to not be a sore loser. (Actually almost broke even today) But I feel I need to mention that this place is not bad. It’s clean, has your basics. Safe compared to most cities. It could use more restaurants and retail outlets but so does every other place. It’s a good spot, Not sure if it’s worth going out of your way to get here. But I’d say it’s slightly above average. Bonus points for the friendly staff. Minus points given for the lack of non gaming content. Have something to break up or diversify the activities.

Stay Away from the MGM National Harbor…

Stay Away from the MGM National Harbor Casino!! On October 12th, I went to the casino at National Harbor to play a few slots and have a nice dinner for the long weekend. I arrived early and only planned to stay a couple of hours. I don’t care much for the atmosphere, because it is loud and obnoxious and on Friday and Saturday nights, you really feel as though you are in a Den of Iniquity. It didn’t take long before the casino began to fill up with belligerent, dangerous types, mostly women who are loud, obnoxious and dress comparable to street walkers. The place got NASTY! Large, loud women with belly fat flowing over the belts of the tiny, short shorts that barely covered their body screaming at the top of their lungs vying for attention from the other female types in the building. There is security all over the place because a fight can break out at any time of the day or night. Especially in the evening. As I looked around, I saw people playing and no one winning. Regular people who live paycheck-to-paycheck in desperate need to make enough money just to pay their rent. This casino does nothing but Take, Take, Take, their money, which often fuels the fire of the people who are just trying their luck and hoping it pays off. Trust me, it doesn’t – and it NEVER WILL. The HOUSE ALWAYS WINS! Especially at the MGM National Harbor Casino. Do not ever forget that. The house has no conscience and is all about making money. The garage always smells like pee and marijuana – and the building is always way too crowded. The restaurants are horrible and could use a visit from Gordon Ramsey – enough said. My advice is to NEVER, EVER go to a casino, but if you must and are looking to have fun and a lively experience, I recommend Maryland Live or Horseshoe Casinos. If you like to lose, than you can have plenty of that at the MGM National Harbor. Good luck!
