Customer service is zero
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I get it that they outsource customer reps from other countries but the people they hire, just don’t care. They talk down to you and brush you off like you’re a gnat. Most have zero customer service skills and remember they don’t understand the product. When you email them, it’s just as bad. Why would a Third World country care who can barely afford to feed their families.. care whether you get to purchase a $300 plus bag. Stop outsourcing customer service to people who have no connection to the brand or the product. It’s impossible to get help when the representatives don't understand or care about resolution. We need knowledgeable, local support that actually reflects the premium price we are paying..
Scammers
I ordered 2 items march3,2026,& have not received anything. I sent an email & was told my items were on the way. When I check on the original email, it says in transit! By the Pony Express! I believe I was scammed. Unfortunately, there are horrible people, who prey on innocent people. I hope whoever took my money enjoyed it. I will never support Michael Kor products.

I ordered a crossbody bag, but immediately after placing the order, I realized that my shipping address was incorrect. Since I frequently order items from different websites, this mistake happened unintentionally. I tried to cancel the order or update my address, but there was no option to edit or cancel it, even before it was processed.
For the next two days, I was on the phone with Michael Kors customer service agents, but they refused to provide any help or support and instead referred me to FedEx. After several attempts and conversations with FedEx agents, they managed to stop the shipment in transit and return it to the sender, which was Michael Kors.
Once again, Michael Kors customer service only asked me to wait for an email without providing any estimate of the waiting time. One agent mentioned that it might take a week or more to process the refund.
I was very disappointed with this experience, from ordering to customer service, and this will definitely be my last purchase from this brand. Their customer service is extremely poor.
Received USED shoes with hair inside
Someone ordered some MK shoes for me for my bday which is this Saturday, April 4th. They arrived today, April 2nd. I was so disgusted and disappointed that this well known brand would send a customer USED shoes that had black hair throughout the inside of both shoes, and with a brown dirt mark on the inner side of each shoe (I gave pics and a video). It should have not been allowed to still have this show for sale and should have been thoroughly inspected in lieu of greed for money.....prices are already high enough and people pay for a service, not crap. After calling customer service I was only offered 15% and a free 2-day shipping. That wasn't enough after that UNacceptable experience that will have me not receiving my birthday shies timely. It should have been a FREE replacement with a refund provided. I immediately took that pair to UPS after receiving a return label. I thought Michael Kors was better than that.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Michael Kors.
I purchased a Jet Set Crossbody bag less than two years ago and have taken very good care of it. The bag is still in excellent overall condition, however the zipper pull has developed rust after only limited use, which significantly affects its appearance.
I contacted customer service hoping for a simple solution, such as a replacement zipper pull (even at my own expense), but I was told that no spare parts or repair options are available.
For a brand at this price point, I find it very disappointing that such a minor issue cannot be resolved, especially when the rest of the bag is in perfect condition.
This experience has unfortunately impacted my perception of the brand, both in terms of product quality and customer service.
I hope Michael Kors will reconsider how they support customers in situations like this in the future.
Disrespectful customer service
I raised a warranty request for a 2 month old bag which had a material defect, the fabric was falling off by itself. I got denied the request so I escalated it as it is clearly a material defect part of their policy so they told me that it will take 3-4 business days for processing, I followed up 3 times with 2 weeks difference and they keep telling me it need 3-4 business days which we had clearly pass that time, and refused to let a supervisor talk to me. They kept lying about timelines and supervisors availability to the point where I heard the voice of another person on the call telling the customer service person to tell me no on everything and they were laughing about it. They had no knowledge of the process and did not care at all. They even denied me to submit a complaint. I had been a Michael Kors customer for years after this incident I will be buying my purses from other brands.

Just Terrible
Ordered sunglasses. Their courier DPD missed me on delivery day but never left the parcel in the locker so I can collect. They gave me wrong notifications that it was being sent to the locker for several days. As a result of this debacle I have been out of pocket of £144 for several weeks waiting for refund.
Customer services are poor. No telephone number just online chat. They did nothing to rectify this.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes on sale to pick up at the outlet store. The order went through smoothly, but I later received an email saying it had been canceled. When I called the store, they couldn’t explain why it happened but assured me I would be refunded.
I was really counting on these shoes for an event, so the situation was frustrating. I hope the store can improve communication and reliability, as it would make the shopping experience much more trustworthy.

POOR QUALITY & SERVICE
I ordered my normal size 5 in mules but the sizing was off and they were small. I paid to have them delivered and paid to return them! I then ordered the next size up and they were delivered with marks / wear so I emailed customer services and Juan didn’t address the points raised but ignored them. They have clearly gone extremely down hill and I wish I saw all of these comments before ordering.
Literally the worst experience
Literally the worst experience of my life. I've had two bags from this store have a warranty issue. The first time, I was given an exchange under warranty. The second time, a woman who identified herself as the manager, Katrina Ford, was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She barely looked at the bag before accusing me of putting the hole in the bag myself. When I showed her that it was clearly a stitching issue, she advised that the store doesn't cover that. She told me to call corporate. Not two minutes later she said the store covers stitching issues but not the one I had because I caused it myself. Clearly corporate disagrees as they are giving me a gift card to purchase a new bag, which is what the warranty is. I even told Ms. Ford that, on top of the exchange, I was looking to make an additional purchase. She did not care. She was so rude and hateful and disrespectful that, after I spend my gift card, I will never buy from Michael Kors again. I literally went three doors down and bought two Kate Spade purses. In the words of Vivienne, "Oh you work on commission. Right uh yes big mistake big huge i have to go shopping now.*

My experience with Michael Kors has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I placed an order totaling $475.42 on November 21, 2025, and according to the shipping carrier, the package was marked as delivered to my home on November 26, 2025. Unfortunately, I never received the package.
I contacted customer service immediately, expecting assistance or at least an investigation that would help locate the missing order. Instead, I was repeatedly told that because the carrier marked the package as delivered, the company could not help further. I was directed to contact the shipping company and my bank. The shipping carrier stated they had proof of delivery and could not assist, while my bank closed the dispute simply because the shipment was marked as delivered.
What is most concerning is the company’s refusal to take responsibility for merchandise they shipped through a carrier they selected. A package being marked as delivered does not guarantee that it was actually received by the customer, especially when no signature confirmation was required for a high-value purchase. Additionally, several of my follow-up emails to customer service were ignored, which made the situation even more frustrating.
For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected much better customer protection and service. Situations involving lost or stolen packages should be handled through insurance or carrier claims rather than being shifted entirely onto customers.
Overall, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the brand. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when ordering expensive items, as customer support may be unhelpful if delivery issues arise.
