I made a complaint about the water tank in the camper finished before even 24 hours of taking it without any shower or toilet use just washing cups . When we try to fill up the tank the water hose provides has no adapter to fit and we could not use it . I try to call many times no pick up . When we arrived I made complaint to the officer and he promised someone will give me a call to discuss still nothing happened and no one call me . It’s apear to us you don’t care about customer to enjoy holidays. I had family came from overseas and this had caused lots of discomfort and disappointment.

Such great service from start to finish. Veronica made the vehicle check-in and check-out process so easy. The vehicle was clean, tidy, and far better than we expected, especially compared with previous rental experiences we have had with other companies. We could not recommend them highly enough!

Overall, I was disappointed with our recent campervan hire experience. Shortly after collecting the vehicle, we discovered that the pipe under the sink had completely come away and was missing the attachement/bolt. While I understand that faults can happen, these are issues that ideally should have been identified before the vehicle was handed over. What was most frustrating was not the fault itself, but the way it was handled once reported. I found myself repeatedly explaining the situation and it often felt like more effort was being spent debating conversations than finding a practical solution.

What made this particularly disappointing was the impact it had on our family. We were travelling with young children and had carefully planned our itinerary, so dealing with vehicle issues, phone calls and emails took valuable time away from our holiday. Campervan holidays aren't something we do often, and this trip was about creating special memories. Instead, a portion of that experience was overshadowed by avoidable stress and disruption. While the staff we dealt with in person were fantastic, the overall support experience fell short of the hassle-free holiday experience we expected, and I hope this feedback is taken on board to improve both vehicle preparation and customer support for future families.

The Campervan was comfortable to travel in, however the sleeping set up had its faults. The rear island bed base boards did not fit the space it was supposed to. No airflow under the swabs leaves dampness and a high risk of mould.
The battery would not last a full night and with the heating requiring power for use, I ended up sick the entire trip and still very unwell at home.
The vehicle itself drove well and was reasonably easy to manoeuvre, will spin the wheels on a slight incline on wet grass. Didn’t use the shower as we ended up staying in campgrounds due to the inability to actually use all the camper facilities in freedom camping spots

Our experience from start to finish was amazing, easy to find location which in Auckland is hard to find. Facilities were top tier! Staff were absolutely outstanding (shout out to Murray) our camper was the best! Comfortable, warm, just perfect really. Thanks so much guys.

Easy pick up, the unit was in great shape

From pickup to drop off everything went smoothly. Regular free airport transfers. Always kept informed and no dramas with the motorhome. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Great campervan, perfect for what we needed. Super friendly and helpful staff, The shuttle to and from airport, pickup and dropoff were made so easy.

Our plane landed at 4 pm rather than 3.15pm. Talked to helpful TTH office, but we had missed last shuttle (4.15) to the "airport" collection point. Did not like "nothing can be done". Ive never missed a rental pickup before So we cant collect the van, we have to stay in an airport hotel and we miss a big dinner planned with friends.
Didn't like paying for a night of rental not provided.
Did not like being provided with 3 thick double doonas for a two single bed rent. The van was full of impossible to use bedding.
The toilet satchels were provided inside a plastic bucket that probably had some moisture in it. Picked out the satchel and it disintegrated onto the floor. Didn't like that. Looking at the floor it looked like the same thing had happened to others (who had not been as fastidious in cleaning up the blue power as we were).
Did not like no live usb power points when the ignition is off, no tap over the washroom sink and the intrusive toilet layout.

The staff were great, the van drove excellently, everything worked and nothing broke. So, overall fine .. just dont be late, look at the bedding before taking it and watch out for the blue satchels! And take a battery pack.

Murray at the Auckland depot made pick up and drop off so easy. He was super friendly and helpful.
Couldn’t fault the camper it was fantastic.

Love the communal kitchen idea. We are always having to buy staples like salt, sauce, detergent, etc and throw out 98% at the end. Great waste reducing initiative!

Easy check in and Drop off process, and courtesy bus from and to the RV supercentre. we where able to grab some essential food items from returning groups, and the van performed really well on all types of roads, and conditions.

van was fine. 6 berth van lived up to expectations. Relatively straight forward to drive and enough features.

Service was slow though, it's like they didn't already have the van ready to go, and only started the process when we arrived to pick up. As a pre booked thing this was quite fristrating, wasting an hour or more at the pick up place.

For prebooked customers, the van really should be ready to go and we just need to do the 15-20 minutes of paperwork.

van had a leak, they were good in that they swapped it for a different one. That process was ironically faster than the initial pickup!!!

Staff were extremely helpful and made us feel relaxed.

We loved the freedom of traveling around in a campervan.

He took time to address all the concerns related to the vehicle. He sort out the gas and made check in and checking out seemless.
