DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a company foreign to the UK. The goods are poor quality and you won’t be able to return them. They won’t give pre-paid labels and don’t want you to return the goods. They say returns costs up to $40 and will take a month and offer you a small % of the price back which I assume most people take because they can’t be bothered with the hassle. If you are smart you will not buy from them, if you have bought from them I hope you used PayPal because going back to PayPal and asking for a refund is the only way to get your money back.

I ordered a shrug to wear to a special occasion and was sent one that cost less than half the price of the one I had ordered. I contacted them and told them that I had been sent the wrong order. I was told that they should have replied in 24 hours, but no one got back to me, so I raised a dispute with PayPal. Only then they responded. I asked for a return address, and when they got back to me with the return address, they sent me a long list of what I needed to do to get a refund, including check that the goods returned to them without damage. I didn't order the wrong size or change my mind. I was sent the wrong order. Therefore they should pay to return their goods. Their customer service is very poor. I will never purchase anything from them again. That was my first and last experience with MiniInthebox.
21. 04.2022. Up to this day, I am still waiting for a refund. When I first got in touch with you and asked for a resolution, staff were impolite and unhelpful. The fault is not mine. I ordered the shrug on the 22.03.2022 in good faith. Now, through no fault of my own, I am still waiting for a resolution. You have sent me the wrong Shrug. One that is remotely different in quality and costs. To get a reply from you, I had to go through PayPal. Now I am still waiting for a refund, but I will not rest until this issue is resolved. I had to chase you up for a return address. Once address was received, I immediately returned the item on the 26.03.2022. And according Royal Mail dated 21.04.2022 the item left Heathrow on March 29th and is with China's eversince but the Chinese customs has not updated the tracking yet and today is the 21.04.2022. Tracking number RN839693596GB. Tracking info should have been updated from the 01.04.2022 but still has not been done. These people don't care about their customers. Their customer service is awfully poor.

I’m from Denmark, and i was really worried about taxes, delivery, the material and so on, but everything went really great! The delivery was way faster than I thought, there were no taxes and the material of the Stitch kigurumi was really good as well. I would recommend to read the reviews on the website first though.

This company has taken my money and delivered a product not as advertised. I returned the item as requested which they said they would refund me and repay the £35 return postage back to China….months and lots of arguemebts later I received a refund for the item but they refuse to refund the postage because I don’t have a PayPal account!

I have purchased 2 costumes for my kids. Dresses looks are as on the pictures. Quality no difference as from a local kids store.
Delivery took approx. 2 weeks needed to ask for the status of dispatch but answer and action 2 days after.
All in all positiv.
Received too late
After repeated messages to and from I have now received my Phone cover. I ordered the cover on 11th June and was "despatched" 12th June. Was not received in quoted days. Now received exactly what I ordered, unfortunately because I needed one I purchased one from a different outlet on 7th August. 2 months was too long to wait. Why was the parcel posted on 9th August?

I cancelled an order before it was was even processed, literally within the hour after placing it.
They still charged my Credit Card. Is it even legal?!
They then notified they would credit the amount on my Miniinthebox account for a future purchase.
This was not clear it would happen upon cancellation.
I instead asked them to refund the amount directly to my Payment Card.
I followed the procedure as instructed, but after 2 weeks MY money is still not returned to my bank account.
When I enquired they responded with the same automatic notification (bad IT set-up).
Apparently it takes less than 4 seconds to charge a Credit Card for something that has never left the wharehouse, but one has to accept that it might take up to 40 days to get the money back.
How does one call this?
Also not too clever a move to try and force people to keep buying on their website.
They've certainly lost any chance with me.
My fault: with all the great, fair, honest online websites I trusted and picked an item from them before reading the reviews. I hope everyone else reads mine before getting caught in a unnecessary frustrating process.

Placed order on May, 1st; estimated delivery was 10 to 14 days, actual delivery was on June, 30 (after 2 months!). My request for cancellation and refund after more than 6 weeks, was refused: Instead they told me to wait till the end of July... very bad customer experience. I cannot recommend to order with them!

I ordered a magnetic mobile phone protection case on 4th May - thankfully not a huge amount of money - still not received by 16th June. I have tried to contact them via their website and been unable to access it as keeps telling me I've attempted to log in too many times and to try later. So I can't even contact them to ask where it is. They are criminals and taking people's money with no intention of delivering the goods.This site needs taking down.

Today I received the package (7th of May) that was ordered on the 13th. of April. After Fabio contacted me, I got back the cost of the shipping and he was trying to calm and help me. The received product is well functioning, the packaging was good. For some reason, the tracking did not work until the 30th of April.
To be fair, considering every ongoing situation in the world, I find the shipping time realistic. I would highly suggest to the company to update their estimated time of delivery. They could spare a lot of frustration for the costumers.
I would only recommend to buy from them if the time of the shipping is non-relevant for you!

Extremely annoying
I bought a pair of earbuds for a total of 261DKK. From that 211DKK the device itself and I paid 50 DKK for shipping + all the insurance options. You would think that your package is safe...
It was said that the delivery will take 4-8 working days. Today is the 8th working day, since I ordered my earbuds and here comes the problem:
Whenever I try to track my package I get the following: "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later."
When I'm asking for the help of the customer service, every time I am getting the same, pre-written annoying answer, that a "slight delay" is expectable due to the corona situation.
I understand the corona situation, but I paid extra for my shipping, and since it is not in the carrier system I do not have any proof that they ever shipped it.
Do not buy anything from them!

It is too bad that you order and pay insurance on your package and still have to pay, FIRST Outlay fee (what does this mean?) And customs. As well as having to send the item back it costs 300 DKK with track and trace and that is what the keyboard cost itself. You do NOT get the money back or the Expense Fee, so it will cost ME money to send it to China instead of keeping it and HOPE to get my money back from the Customs I have to pay, so the insurance is useless and just one more sales trick. And then have a useless keyboard lying to no avail.
When I ordered it, I regret shortly afterwards, but your policy states that I MUST receive the package and can only regret it. Peasant fishing I just say.

But the quality of the information could be better.
All in all not so good deal an poor information.
Delivery was month late without any information.
One produck good, the other not so much... In the order proces, there was no clear information of the product was sent from China, so I also got a big ekstra pay of VAT (almost doubleled the price).
