Love the clothes. Don't like the website. You can choose clothes to be on the wishlist but you can't find the wishlist afterwards. You have to log into it separately. Who thought this nonsense up? You should be able to place clothes to the wishlist, easily click on it and then add the chosen items to the cart.

Strong chemical odor on clothing
I purchased a denim baby outfit as a baby shower gift. The outfit has a very strong chemical odor embedded in the fibers of the outfit. I cannot gift this item. Return policy is not customer friendly. I do not advise ordering from this company. There are more reliable companies within the US that offer quality clothing for children.

Very disappointing experience
We ordered a gift for a 1st birthday and it was delivered to the wrong address. We input the correct address and the delivery picture clearly shows it went to a different number on the street.
We can have been following up constantly to receive a refund however we've been told that the picture (which is clear as day) is not enough evidence.
The offer we've been given is that WE PAY for the delivery for another set of items to be sent.
It is absolutely crazy that you are not backing down. We ordered, we paid and we did not receive anything.
It's really disappointing and would like this to be rectified ASAP.
