Do not trust this company - sent items weeks late (utter crap quality) then when I tried to return (tracked postage at my own vast expense) no one has responded to me in weeks. No items, no refund, no response. How do we report these scammers?

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Purchase 3 items. The items arrived completely different to the image. I returned the items and have bot received my refund keep on getting fobbed off with excuses like they havent received my tracking number. They've apparently sent the refund then they claim they cant match my bank details with whats on the account to them sending me my refund to They've already sent it. Its all just nonsense lies. I raised a concern with PayPal who closed the case in sellers favour as they claimed they were issuing a refund. Anyway im not taking this matter further. Will never buy from them again.

So I ordered 2 outfits from here and both were unsuitable and yes I didn't realise both were available on shein. The order probably took the same amount of time as shein to come.
When I came to want to return the order I was really stressed as I had read on reviews that they do not refund you, however on their website it is quite easy to start a return but impossible to return via their recommended couriers, as most people say. I had read on a review that they let you return via royal mail if you contact them, so I emailed them via 'contact us'on their website, they agreed that it was fine for me to return via royal mail even though it is not one of their listed couriers. I did this at my own expense as it does detail this on their website if you check, (it cost me just under £5 for a £52 order).I took the parcel packaged up to my local post office, I added by hand the return address to the parcel and the post office printed out a postage sticker to attach which was tracked. I took a picture of the postage sticker as advised on the website and I also had the postage receipt detailing the tracking number.
The website does not let you upload this information as it does not recognise royal mail as an approved courier, however I again contacted misguided via their website contact us page and attached pictures of my postage sticker and tracking number. I kept in contact via this page to find out when they received it and they confirmed receipt and refunded me for the full order as stated they would.
Yes it all seems faffy and yes they do sell on shein but in the end missguided did fully refund me.

Absolutely awful company. I had no idea that Missguided are now owned by Shein. My order took weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was shocking. I returned the order (at my own cost btw they do not pay return shipping) and despite having proof they have had my return for 5 weeks now I have no refund and they are now ignoring all emails. AVOID!

I placed an order a few months ago but was disappointed with the poor quality of the items, so I contacted customer services to arrange a return. I was required to pay an additional £6 to return the goods.
At no point was I advised that I needed to obtain or retain a tracking number. After several weeks without any acknowledgement that my return had been received or my refund processed, I contacted them to chase an update.
I was then told that no refund would be issued unless I could provide a tracking number—which I no longer had, as I had never been instructed to keep one. Despite months of back-and-forth communication, I have still not received a refund, nor have the returned items been sent back to me.
Extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability. I am now out of pocket for both the order and the return postage. Avoid.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Missguided. I returned two items over four weeks ago, and I still have not received my refund.
I have followed the return instructions and have proof that the items were sent back, but despite waiting patiently, my refund has not been processed. It is unacceptable to keep customers waiting this long without resolving the issue or providing clear communication.
I expected much better service. Until this is sorted out, I cannot recommend shopping with Missguided.

The quality of the items is nothing like the website and then when you go to return it, they fraudulently give you the wrong address and process. I returned my item using recorded delivery and sent numerous emails regarding my refund. Eventually, Misguided emailed me asking for my order number and my mobile number so they could contact me and sort the matter out.
Today, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be calling about my refund. I was told there was no problem and that I would receive my money back.
When I asked for the refund to be returned to my PayPal account, I was instead told to go to Google, download an app, and then enter my bank details.
I refused because this immediately sounded like a scam then they hung up on me.
A genuine refund should be returned to the original payment method, and I would never be comfortable downloading an app or providing my bank details over the phone.
This was my personal experience. Please be cautious if you receive a similar call.

Terrible company I have been trying to send items back for week finally get sent an address to send them to and it's not the same as that's on the website. Have emailed many times no reply and when try to ring there customer service number it's not recognise!!

I will never order from this online company again. I ordered a number of items which then I wanted to send back. What an absolute faff to send them back. You can’t just download a QR code, you actually have to go and write the label out yourself before sending it (at your own cost; even though you’ve already paid for delivery) and then upload evidence of it onto your account details for them to accept the return. After carrying out this process I then tried to enter the shipping details and they weren’t valid. I then had to email them directly to try and confirm my return. 2 months later I am still waiting for them to accept my return order and receive a refund. Never again!

This company are a joke. Why allow customers to buy items, knowing they will be unable to return?
They ask you to use a hand written address but to only use 1 of the 3 companies they allow. Any other returns will not be processed......
Yet ALL 3 of the companies require a pre-paid label or a QR code.
They do not answer emails either.
