DO NOT BUY! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY. To return you have to ship back to China and they only offer 5% refund. They are UK registered but are getting away with breaking UK trading laws for distant selling. Your rughts will be affected and you will have to go via credit card company for refund.

Unfortunately, I bought this airfryer.

are wrong, if not deliberately fake.
The basket is claimed to be 5,5 liters, and is less than 4 liters to the rim, and far less to the max fill line.
The temperature control is claimed to be microprocessor controlled (and measured in the food!?!) but the temperature fluctuates around the setpoint, cycling between +10 degrees and -20 degrees of the setpoint, pendling in a 2 minute cyclus. (Measured with a calibrated thermocouple instrument at a setpoint of 200 deg C with an empty basket, after a 5 minute warm up)

There is only a 90 day warrenty, and they do not adhere to EU legislation for internet trade, which gives you 14 days return and money back. They refused me that!
If you want to return the fryer, you must ship it back to China at your own expense and risk….they offered me a discount of 5% when I claimed the above mentioned defects and wrong claims!

The window in the basket is not watertight, so you cannot fill the basket with soapy water to soak the burnt on bits after use.

The homepage makes seriously misleading claims of the airfryer’s energi consumption compared to a “traditional” home oven, but the home oven is said to be 5KW, heating continuosly, to make you belive you save much more than in reality……fake, unfair, stupid.

The homepage also claims the fryer is on offer, which soon ends…..timer is reset every day…. please do not buy from this company….now you are warned

I bought an airfryer that was broken upon arrival. They did send me a video om how to fix this myself?! They refused for a long time to accept return, at my own cost?! Even though it says on there website they will give you a return label if the item is broken. Long story short, I ended up shipping the item back to China at my own expensive cost, only to get the package in return due to Miuino NOT accepting to recieve it. I have communicated for months on end, but I have to just take my loss. They also come off as being a bit stupid.. I am sure this is a scam company all the way, please stay far away from it!

We purchased a Miuino air fryer. It worked for 4days. I contacted Miuino,told them that the light comes on and the element heat's up but the fan does not work, they sent me a link to three videos,on how to check the fan screw's!!
Ok, I carried out the instructions on the video. The fan still didn't work, I informed Miuino that this did not solve the problem. Their reply was, we will send you a new fan motor, you can install it. I said,no, if you give me the UK address I will return it for a replacement or a refund. They said, we will send a motor and give you a 5% discount, I said no, then they said an 8% discount, then a 10% discount, still with me having to replace the motor. I said that I wanted a full refund. The answer was to send the air fryer back to China!!!.
