I ordered some jeans for my daughter wanted. It was simple to place the order and they arrived a few days later when expected. She loved the jeans. Great products and service.

i placed an order on friday payed for express delivery 7.99 or 8.99 for it to be delivered over the weekend only for it to be delivered the next Thursday 6 days after i ordered did not get the shipment i payed for disappointing as i wouldn’t of ordered if i knew the clothes wouldn’t of arrived in time for the event i was going to

Don't waste your money. I had my doubts before ordering because my last purchase from Motel Rocks was returned due to poor quality, but I gave them another chance and bought three summer dresses for £50 each. Big mistake.
All three were made from viscose or polyester; the lining was awful, and the design on each was a mess. For £50 a dress, I was appalled. There is genuinely better quality on Shein and Cider, which is telling.
Charging premium prices for what feels like fast-fashion quality is just greedy. They clearly don't care about the poor product or the people buying it. Additionally, the return portal is still broken; I had this issue last year when I tried to return clothes.

Quality of the dress was awful, poor fabric, colours were different to the website and sizing was much smaller than would be expected. For the price I was very disappointed and it has put my off ordering from here again. However delivery was prompt and return processed efficiently.

I bought a pair of jeans for my daughter’s birthday that never arrived and their customer service department had never responded to me!

My daughter loves this brand. Their jeans especially are fab and great that they do the various lengths. They fit teenage bodies perfectly.

I haven't received a refund for my returned jeans despite being notified that it was sent a week ago. The telephone number has been 'unavailable' every time I have tried and my emails haven't been answered.

Absolutely disgraceful company to even bother purchasing from. They rarely respond to emails. The return policy is an absolute joke, considering you have to pay to return the cheap quality items that aren’t even worth half the amount you had to pay for shipping. Doesn’t respond to any negative feedback except to say that they will “pass it on to the relevant team”. Very deceptive, fast fashion brand, similar to Shein. 100% would not recommend this store. Absolutely need to do way better. If you’re going to be charging over $100 for a dress made from polyester, at least make the items easy to return and cover most of the shipping cost. A lot of other fast fashion brands do it. Why can’t you? Definitely can afford it since you’re selling cheap clothing that is way over priced. Disgusting company in my opinion. All they do is make excuses, as seen from other reviews. Not to mention the clothes smelt awful

Now that I have finally received the order, I cannot proceed with the return. The parcel took 2 months to arrive and now the system refuses my return. I did send messages but no one is coming back to me.

I got a cute top for my birthday but I found the neckline too wide, I have to wear a bralette under it otherwise it’s completely indecent. Otherwise it fits great. Shipping was fast for standard delivery but expensive. For £35 I would expect a high quality, the material feels cheap and almost like a swim suit material and the beading looks very cheap. It’s an absolute nightmare to get in and out of and the beading scratched my chest. It is a cute top but I was expecting the quality to be better for the price. I shop here because it’s inclusive for very petite people like myself but I am disappointed with how cheap it looks and feels. I don’t think it warrants paying a total of £37.95. I’ve previously bought a beautiful top from here before but it is too see through, I have to wear a nude vest underneath it which makes wearing the top very tight. I think the material of the lining is cheap because it didn’t look that see through on the model, maybe they photoshopped the pictures. Otherwise it’s gorgeous and I get a lot of compliments. I also bought a dress from here for my graduation and it was 10/10. No complaints, perfection. So I am pretty disappointed with my recent experience, the quality looks and feels like something off of Shein

Normally i have a really good experience but when my package arrived the fit was horrible with awful proportions and it was completely see through although i followed all the measurements the dress ended up being so short and so ill fitting

Fast delivery and jeans fit so nice

The material is super soft and comfortable but the material is delicate and fragile. The wrap around strings is about to tear off already. And I’ve worn it once. I just tied a knot and it almost tore.
