Mr. Q thank you very much really bad day. I needed just a break so thank you very much for that and I’ll recommend you anyway cause you’re a good game thank you very much.

lovely site and very fare and quick payout recommending mrq to all my friends

All money please

I dont understand whats happenned to this site lately it used to be a fair site in winnings but now its shocking. The new games pay peanuts and takes a lot of money to build up the bonuses and if you are lucky to get a bonus they pay rubbish out. They have taken most of my favourite games off and the two that are left now takes longer to get bonus and pays little. One of the new games on this week takes a lot of money to build the fish up to bonus stage and then if you leave the game and go back the fish have gone down again and have to start over. Iknow its gambling and dont always win and I have always thought this site has been good. However now it has totally changed. I dont believe you could ever win one of the big prizes now because you cant even win small. Their withdrawal is fast but what use is that if there isnt going to be anything to withdraw.

Just installed MrQ and won £500 and withdrew £400 and it was in my account in second's, can't stop smiling, thank you

Very fast and easy to navigate around

I am with many many online casinos and have been with Mr. Q for years. I was playing blackjack and had placed a wage of £13.50, I got two aces which I split totalling £27 and got blackjack on both, not 21, but blackjack with the pictures. The dealer also got blackjack and then it should’ve been a “push”but they took my wager. Upon talking to customer services they wanted to know the exact time I played it, which game it was on, and a screenshot. How on earth can you take a screenshot of a game that the money has already been taken from. I told customer services that I didn’t have a screenshot as I didn’t expect them to steal from me, and does that mean I should take a screenshot of every transaction I do? Customer services have not been helpful by any means and when I told him I was leaving they said… Sorry to see you go. What loyalty is that when I have been with them for possibly 10 years?

Very good, good wins but should be a reward system for how much spend each week or month other then that I recommend!

I have never had the bad experience on slots then I did here. Last months I managed to profit £20 and withdraw so second month with them I put up £100 my monthly deposit limit and spinning at 20p and I lost all my money thinking it will turn around. It felt like they somehow switched the game off and it wasnt paying anything. I was going to change the game but I got so curious if it could actually do 500 spins without paying anything above 20X. free games triggered gave nothing so I did the right thing and self excluded myself from scam casino! These casino's think they could blame the game provider for everything but never ever allow them to get away with it because they are all sharing the profits while pointing fingers at each other!

Withdrawals failed but support darted it very quick. Great service.

Brilliant casino site and really really good promotions were you actually win with ur bonus money

Good all round

Slingo games not loading and shows a dark screen, done all I've been asked to but still no joy. Other games are working
