I see from the other reviews here that I am not the only one having issues with MTU’s abysmal customer service. I have been using Hoster for years & changed laptops & lost a lot of files. Thought I’d buy a “ certified” cd drive from MTU so I could load my cdg’s again. It’s now 3mths since my credit card was charged & I haven’t received the order. Repeated emails to ask for an update have been met with silence. Hard to understand how these guys do business like this & rip people off. Never again.

Long time user of MTU hoster, recently had to upgrade laptop and had to access my account with mtu which I'd forgotten password to. Have requested a password change several times & MTU refuse to respond.... ive advocated for hoster for many years here in Australia however after their ignorance I'll be hunting for a better service..... at this time I wouldn't recommend anyone buy mtu products

I understand and am ok with having to pay for updates after a year of free updates. I wanted to upgrade my karaoke computer. Problem was both computers had issues which required me to return them. The second computer would not boot up to allow me to uninstall my karaoke program. Now, it's locked in a computer I don't own and MTU won't answer my support requests to have the license reset and I paid for a useless upgrade period, when they haven't done any upgrades for a long time. Have them look at tickets 56678 and 59997. My first request was 2+ weeks ago. And tell them I need a refund of $69.99

Bought 5 karaoke programs for $427.97. Lost programs on my computer and needed a reinstall. MTU karaoke refused to allow me to reinstall without paying the a forced upgrade charge. They claimed they no longer supported the older versions. Problem is their upgrades are nothing but shams and bug fixes to their existing program and not upgrades. Never the less, I'm out $424.97 for programs fully paid for.
