The postage wasn't paid on the package so I can't actually receive it without going to the post office and paying another £3.50 on a package I supposedly already paid £3.99 for packaging already. Seems unfair and underhand.

When I contacted Muddy Paws regarding a delay - I received a response within 24 hours and replacement goods the next day along with a sorry for the delay gift - I would certainly order from this company again- not everything goes right all the time and I find that it is a good measure of a company as to how they react when it doesn't!

This is the best groomers in Surrey!! I have been going to muddy paws for many years with Rattie my cockapoo. He suffers with allergies, skin issues and ear infections. These guys are amazing with him nothing is too much for them even when he is super smelly! They are very accommodating and are lovely friendly people!
