Lost My Files, Got Them Back the Same Day
I accidentally deleted several music files I needed and reached out to Support, not expecting a response until Monday since it was a Saturday. To my surprise, they responded quickly and had my files restored that same day. Really impressed by how fast and effective their support team was!

They don’t care about the users…
They changed their interface and now the users cannot see how many credits they have left and when the monthly credits renew. So they made a change that’s completely useless for the users while removed the things that are crucial for users. Clearly they don’t think about the users. I have no idea what the development team is paid for :(

Musicgpt doesn't do what you ask
Musicgpt can definitely create songs for you, but they most likely won't sound anything like what you want them to sound like. A request to make an ambient and meditative song returns an Asianesque song with cello, piano, drums... hardly ambient and meditative. A request to remix a downtempo electronic song in the same style returns a disco-like dance club song. It just can't accurately do what you want it to. Which is a waste of time and money.

I actually really enjoyed using the AI tool to create music; the generation quality is impressive. However, my satisfaction completely ended when I tried to cancel my subscription.
Placing a 'Cancel Plan' button on the dashboard that does not actually cancel anything, but instead forces the user to manually send an email to support, is an unacceptable dark pattern. In this day and age, cancellation should be as easy and direct as subscribing with a single click. Forcing users into an email loop just to stop billing is legally problematic under EU consumer laws and completely ruins the user experience.
I have already sent a formal cancellation request via email. I expect your team to process it immediately and confirm the termination of my subscription without any further delays or automated stalling tactics. Fix your user interface.

Signed up for a free account. Made four songs and they charged my credit card for $119.88. When I went to sign in it said my account was deleted. No customer service phone number or publicly available customer service email.
Even their most expensive monthly subscription isn’t that much. I don’t know how or why they charged me and there is no way to contact them.

Complicated process
Signed up with email to test site - decided to upgrade. Rather than a yearly sub I wanted to get the option which allows you to purchase credits and use within a year. However, when clicking 'upgrade' from my profile I am only given the yearly subscription options - no choice and no contact info. So will check out Suno or Udio instead. Also, unable to login with email - forced to sign in via Google which I don't use. Very frustrating. As you notice from these reviews the company never responds to negatives, just those who praise it. Avoid.
