Reliable and nicely and securely packaged

Ordered an item, but the package never arrived. I reached out to customer service to explain my situation, but the person responding seemed very uninterested about what I had to say. After a while (over a week) , the company let's me know, that UPS already dropped off the package at a pickup point, but UPS never let me know anything about the location of my package at any time. I go to the pickup point, but they claim to never have recieved my package. I've demanded my money back several times from this company, but they keep insisting that I need to wait for response from UPS.
I do not recommend ☹️

Product unsatisfactory. I bought a Harley Benton GP-100, a pedal platform amplifier which is claimed to deliver 100 watts. This is patently untrue, as my old ElectroHarmonix Magnum 44 which output is 44 watts, is markedly more powerful. Harley Benton is Thomann's own brand, so I will not be buying any of their products in the future.

It was a bit delayed, but the main issue was that I had to be home to receive it. They could have just delivered the parcel to a locker instead of me waiting around at home.

Correct and fast

AI told me this was the only store that had a nifty red HyperSynth Hcard 702 mk2 audio cartridge for my ancient Yamaha DX 7 synthesizer. It provides more than 640 “voices” which was better than 64 voices that came in the original DX 7! Arrived in US/ North Carolina two days earlier, and was well packaged. An incredible product and a wonderful experience!’

Fast delivery and top notch products. I usually buy DR Hi-Beams Strings for bass. This time I also got a Fender black pickguard for my jazz bass and it fit perfectly!
