Excellent upgrade
I have been receiving dedicated server services from this company for a long time (almost 10 years). Last week, we organised a planned hard drive and RAM upgrade on two of my servers. Over the weekend, the technical team carried out the upgrade promptly and efficiently—many thanks to the entire technical team, especially Martin. I recommend everyone to work with myloc.de.
I have never seen a hosting company…
I have never seen a hosting company that makes fun of its clients like this.
I have purchased hosting services from them for 4 years, and in the last 1-2 years, fees were added to my dedicated servers for various reasons, each time 15-20%.
I ended up paying 70 euros for a dedicated server, although it was on the website at the original price I had bought it at, that is 48 euros.
I have not seen any other hosting company that does this, especially when you have a contract with them.
I stopped paying because I didn't reach an agreement with the support and it seemed like a joke to my long-standing customers.
Probably if I had continued to pay the price would have gone up and I would have reached a much higher price, I lost my trust in this company and frankly I do not recommend it for this reason, it is not a serious company.
Otherwise, DDoS protection is decent, and net speed as well.

Great People To Work - but No Good Support & Policies
A good data center with great people working there such as Daniel sir. But all of sudden for basic RBL thing can take down server > Given all reasons that we have fixed the issue, details shared + informed you can let us know we stop smtp + but no => 1 RBL = Server shutdown.
Wish your management soon can realize that following unreliable paid RBL that strictly dont help your customers. We when reselling your servers to our end users > their important data is there > You seize the server for one RBL listing that is unreliable way to handle antispam policies.
Everyone in your team is aware of we have had 6 years of clean business but still nobody care to listen.
With lots of love and thanks. We gonna miss you. But right now based on your policies its not possible for me to give up servers like one button shutdown for one RBL. Customer data is there and they see on us for that.
Customer service non-existent and potential server blocking with no recourse
They block servers and don't provide any recourse or solution when configuration issues happen. Customer service is non-existent and they just claim the "abuse department" is unreachable. So you have to pay 3rd party services 100s of dollars for an unlock, after which they also ignore you for days.
Stay away if you value your data and time. They're cheap for a reason.
EDIT: I was contacted by myLoc to try to move this to ServDiscount. This is wrong. All these are one company (myLoc, ServDiscount, WebTropia, etc). In fact, when you reach customer support, ServDiscount is non-existent. Stay away from anything that has "myLoc" on it, even remotely.
EDIT2: Isn't it funny when they admit in their reply (down there, assuming they don't remove it or change it) that I've been with ServDiscount for 6 years, yet they somehow manage to absolve themselves from the responsibility with the label "abuse/illegal"? Yes, this is the treatment you should expect from ServDiscount after years of being with them. Once something goes wrong in their view, they have the right to screw you with no humans on the other side, with whom you can discuss the issue or negotiate a solution. Good luck reaching the "abuse department". I rest my case. Thank you for proving my point.

bad support and price increase
I've been a myloc customer for about 2-3 years and they were very competitive at first and the support was fabulous. After 3 years of business with them (BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND NOT PRIVATE CUSTOMER), the support is very rude, sometimes they respond with wrong information and mostly they leave the tickets open without any response. In solving hardware problems they are very slow and sometimes unable. After 3 years, they just raised their prices, offering nothing more than other better competitors (Furthermore, this year they decided to increase the prices of dedicated servers now 2 years old by 10% and mostly they decided to change the price of old customers, thus forcing everyone to pay the new price.). They write unlimited bandwidth when you only have 10TB per month and then have a downgrade to 250mbps (DEDICATED). Poor or almost absent protection against ddos attacks. Additional functionality for your own services of 0, such as asking for a VLAN or other similar business services.
The value for the money is perfect
In my opinion the value for the money is perfect. Some things needs to be finetuned, but, over and all, I am happy with myloc for the past years.
Have 3 VPS with them.
I would choose them again without doubt if I had to.

Nice prices for powerful hardware, be careful with MS software through
Guys are having really nice prices, you'd get something like 8 cores on 16 gb with SSD for the price others would offer 2 cores and 4-8gb. I was really happy with server's performance, network is stable and pings to there are faster than others I had. Especially noticeable when on a slow 3G/4G - RDP to my server with myloc.de was always faster than to other servers of mine.
Guys do not upgrade your servers automatically once terms and offers are updated and neither do they reduce your monthly invoice to be in accordance. You have to remind them to do so. Not a big deal through, just take a look on their main page time to time and when you see offers are better than the one you got - mail them to match, they'd respond really fast.
Downsides: you might experience difficulties running MS paid software on myloc servers. They do have their own agreement with MS and can provide some of the software, however if that's not in the list you're not allowed to install it by yourself. And yes, servers are monitored via MS licensing agent, should you wish to isolate the box and make it a part of VPN with no internet access - I have bad news for you:)

Stable and efficient hosting
I'm renting services at myLoc for 8 years and feel great with their services. Technical servicing is always warned long enough before. Network speed is good, and downtime more than very rare.

Very disappointed in support behaviour
Very disappointed in support behaviour. Many network related issues which are not handled properly. Decision is made, all servers will be canceled asap.
No proactive information to customer on planned maintenance. Calculate a day for repair your services after maintenance windows.
myLoc Dedicated Servers are amazing!
I have used a Top End Dedicated server provided by myLoc. Then, I asked for an upgrade on the same server. The support was amazing and they did the upgrade very quickly. The server performance is top notch and at the current price point, they are one of the most affordable service providers.
And, special appreciation to the support team. They respond to support tickets almost instantly.
If required, I will surely use more of their services in the future.
