It's so delicious and don't taste as regular protein bar. I brought from the shop 2 times and both was very fast delivery to Sweden. I hope the product is soon available in Sweden because it's a little bite expensive for the delivery but in my opinion totally worth it. I think I'm addicted to naturally pam products now

How is it possible to NOT add the delivery address on the package?! The courier didn't even have a number to contact me on! What the hell?! The first delivery was completely fine even though it took 2 weeks and now this? If I didn't check the tracking on my e-mail I would never know you didn't put any address on the package. How is that even possible? It's a miracle you even put the damn e-mail connected to my order. This is seriously mindblowing. The products are absolutely amazing but this.. Good people, always check your courier service to check if they even have your address and number.
Everytime I order I get the package really fast! Everything is really good, especially this last oat butter.
Order more than a week ago and my order still isn't shipped, support is totaly useless and says it will happen someday..
And at the same time you see them promoting for hamsterday.. maybe they should get there regular orders done before starting more
Please do something about the shipping cost. It’s so boring to pay so much just for that. It should be free or at least cheaper when you shop for a certain amount. I would order so much more often if it wasnt 15 euro…
I feel so sad to see all these negative reviews. I ordered snacks & nut butters many times from naturally pam and I didn’t notice anything sooo negative about the whole process. The last package was shipped on Wednesday and arrived on Friday 😳 the only thing is that they didn’t have the Cinnamon Protein Bar on stock, for those I got a refund. Everything else arrived safe and well. The products themselves are top quality and soo delicious (the new peanut bar is great too! And the nut butters are a dream)
Very disappointed in my experience with Naturally Pam.
I placed my order taking into account their disclaimed delivery time on their website. Once the order was placed there was no notification of any delay or problems with inventory. However, 5 days after the order was placed ( that is already late by 3 days), I received an email saying that they had problems with their inventory and that they were going to send me an update 2 days later.
Two days later and of course the email I received was saying that they still had no estimate date of when they could ship my order.
Funny enough, I noticed that Pamela Reif had a meet & greet Berlin just a couple of days before the last update, which she posted a lot about, including videos of herself distributing free bars (the same product I ordered) to the line of people that was there to see her. I am not saying that one thing has anything to do with the other, but you should always prioritise your paying customers and, when you have delays on your inventory, you should inform people about it before they make their purchase.
I checked their website on the same day when I received the last update on my order, and the products I ordered were still available on the website, without any warnings of delays.
I can for sure say that I will not be purchasing from them again! POOR customer care and attention!
The products are great and so delicious, but the shipping is the slowest I have ever experienced, and it is the same every time I place an order. Easily takes 2-3 weeks before products arrive. This is my 4th order from this website, and I'm not sure i'll ever place another one, because i don't want to wait 3 weeks for food products to arrive....
Crazy customer service!!
I received someone else's order, and they dare to tell me "Return the package and ONLY when we receive the package, we will send your order to you". But is it a joke or what? Of course I will send your package back! But by the time you receive it, you'll barely send my package at all? WHAT KIND OF S**** SERVICE IS THIS? I pay a 15 euros delivery, I order regularly on Naturally Pam and you dare to provide me this s*** customer service ?????
I'm already waiting for 1 week for my package, it's someone else who received it and kept it! Now, by the time I send the package back and you receive it, I will receive it in more than 2 weeks. Do you realize what you are doing with your loyal customers? "Being sorry" for the inconvenience does not solve the problem, you have to act with concrete actions!
In addition, I had ordered some products to give as birthday gifts. As a result, I still don't have my package... Really thank you for the 15 euros delivery so that I have to go to DHL myself to return a package, lose gas and my time while I pay a delivery .... Are you kidding me?
On top of that, you dare not trust me by saying that you will send the package back only when you receive the package.
Whereas if I were really in bad faith and dishonest, I would not have said anything about having received the order from someone else.
I could have lied to you and kept it, because this lady ordered more products than me and I consume the same products as them.
BUT NO, I was HONEST!

Also, this isn't the first time I've had a problem with Naturally Pam! I once received the damaged package with the products opened, then they send expired products in 2 months, the end of the stock (the granola), so the 6 sachets must be eaten in 2 months hahahahahaha! And their almond butter doesn't taste like the advent calendar. Just a scam with crap customer service.

Ordered for products, immediately wrote to exchange one. I was ignored and the products were sent nevertheless. When I wrote again, the most unfriendly, unprofessional customer care agent Jasmine wrote saying she can't do anything since its been delivered. What arrogance! Instead of apologising for oversight and offering solutions. I had to write again asking for an exchange or return with a qr code. Only this time she sent me an address with no full details as to my previous email. Again wrote and requested for the qr code. And this time she said that I have to pay for the return. How do you make your customers pay for your incompetency? And worst never bothered to apologise for the situation.
God forbid I patronise such service again!
Terrible experience !!! Only half of my order arrived, and when spoke to Jasmin from customer service, Iwas told that the other half of the order has been taken to a parcel shop and the reason I have not received the other half of the package is because no one went to pick it up. However, at no point have I asked for it to be delivered to a parcel shop, because I input my address (where the first part of the parcel arrived).
Customer service is taking ages to respond as well.
The products are good but so far this is the worst online buying experience I could have.
I ordered several different times, and each time there was a problem : the first delivery was delayed for so long that I had moved in another town when it finally took place lol and then of course I had to organize myself so I could get my package because well, they didn’t care. Second order : they delivered it to the wrong person (who was at least kind enough to hand it to me afterwards) and then third order they pretended that I was there when it was delivery and I wasn’t and didn’t leave a note for me to get my parcel.
Anyway, I reach out to customer service and their response : « delivery isn’t our responsibility » which by law, it actually is… and even without that, I think that would be interesting if you want a successful business to make sure customer satisfaction is fulfilled and that the quality of customer service and delivery matches the high level of your brand (when you ask 15 euros for a delivery, at least make sure it’s delivered).
That’s really disappointing and makes me feel like we’re not valuable as a customer so I guess that the end of it.
I like the products, but customer support is awful. My last order arrived with an expired product, I tried reaching out for a solution by email and on Instagram, after multiple attempts and almost 3 weeks, got a standard message saying they offer me a 5€ code. No intention in offering to replace the product…I see this is a general issue, there is a review below from the same period mentioning the exact same thing on the exact same product (a box of proteins bars). I do not recommend.
Terrible experience! I had to wait 2 weeks for my package to arrive. They delivered it to a different town than mine due to poor delivery service, lack of communication and lack of delivery updates. When I finally got the parcel and opened the box, it included none of the 12 protein bars I purchased (which were the priciest item on my order). I contacted the customer service 3 times and still no answer. I still haven't received my bars nor any kind of refund. I am SO DISAPPOINTED.
