I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire NGT staff for helping me prepare for and successfully pass both the FSNA and CCNA certification exams.
Through your well-organized training program, structured curriculum, and ongoing support, I was able to gain the knowledge, confidence, and understanding needed to achieve these important milestones. The guidance and encouragement I received throughout the program made a tremendous difference in my learning journey.
I won't lie—there were times in the middle of the program when I honestly thought I would never fully understand all of the material. Networking concepts can be challenging, and learning them required a complete shift in the way I approached technology and problem-solving. At times it felt like a true mind-bending paradigm shift. However, thanks to the patience, expertise, and dedication of the NGT instructors and staff, I was able to push through those challenges and continue progressing.
Today, I am in a much better place professionally and am one step closer to achieving my goal of becoming a Network Engineer. Passing the FSNA and CCNA certifications has given me confidence in my abilities and opened new opportunities for my future career.

For someone who as zero experience with IT, this was an amazing program to learn how to be an IT. Instructors are very helpful and so is everyone else.

I enjoyed the videos getting to watch step by step

Experienced instructors are always willing to sacrifice their time to provide valuable guidance. Projects and discussions ensure skills are applied effectively, making it a strong choice for career development.

What made this experience an excellent one was that I was able to take no knowledge of the process and have it broken down to bite size pieces that makes it easy to understand. Having no knowledge of IT or even where to begin is an amazing adventure. Also, the self pace is great!

I came in as zero experience and didn't know anything about IP. Their instructors are very helpful. They make everything easy for you by teaching and explaining every single detail to you. I'm so happy to choose NexGent.

NGT Academy is great for acquiring the knowlege and expertise in Networking skillset. The videos are great and packet tracer practice is great. I have learned a great deal of networking and enhanced my skillset in troubleshooting while I search for employment.

Lots of great general information, labs were extremely helpful and detailed to prepare for SQC.

The instructions videos were very helpful for a beginner. Very easy to understand and self paced helps you take your time to really grasp the concepts.

Loved the instruction, and the videos, We have a great community and I think it really shows. #NGTisThePlaceToBe.

It's very informative, you do need to pay lots of attention and make several note. The labs are well put together with step by step instructions that are easy to follow. I have zero IT experience but i managed to learn something.
