If the number negative it 3ould be worst online casino experience ever! Missing spins, coupled with terrible customer service.

Since April 22nd I have been asking to be banned from the site because I suffer from a gambling addiction. 3 months have passed since then, they are still luring me back with bonuses, and the cancellation has still not happened.
The games are probably rigged, it is impossible to win on this site. An example: Gates of Olympus, I took 30 bonuses, all of them were under 30 ~70x.
If I managed to win some, the payout took several weeks. I do not recommend the site to anyone, think carefully if you want to play here.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawal, they also cancelled my other one because they won’t let you withdraw over certain amounts. They will cancel your withdrawal nice and fast but when it comes to paying people they will let you wait forever to try and make you cancel it or avoid paying. They don’t respond to emails and live chat will just run you in circles with the same scripted responses, do not use this casino if you want to be paid out. If they ever payout withdrawal I will gladly update then.

Has been 1 week - withdrawal is still sitting in review - no one replies to my emails, I even sent all verification that may have been required to ensure a smoother process for them, yet I am still waiting. Live chat has been no help at all. Terrible, truly I don’t think they will pay it out. Judging by the other reviews I’m seeing, I’m sure I can expect my withdrawal to be cancelled by them.

After I wrote my first review, the website contacted me and claimed they wanted to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, shortly after that, my account was closed and all my withdrawals were canceled.

What is even more disappointing is that they are no longer replying to my emails, and nobody is explaining why this happened or what the reason is behind closing my account. Even the VIP assistant blocked me instead of helping solve the issue.

Before they used be 3-5days. Now it’s weeks. Customer service Are good, they respond within 1-2 days when contacting support. Games Are good, Rtp good.

I requested a withdrawal of approximately €310 (about 120,000 HUF) from Nomini Casino more than a month ago. I had to restart my withdrawal request three times, but the casino has still not processed my payment.

I contacted their support several times, but they only give generic answers without any real action. I have already reported the case to Curaçao eGaming.

According to the licensing rules, withdrawals should be processed within a reasonable time (usually a few business days), so holding my funds for over 30 days is unacceptable.

And someone block my nomini game access and I am waiting for my withdrawal payment from last 2 weeks and still my account balance was $700 and someone block my account they said it's blocked from administrative department and when I ask about my withdrawal payment $1500 and my account balance $700. They said fianace department handling your case they will contact you. Actually they have no finance department it's all scam . I request to Google and apple please block access for this casino on Google Play store and apple Store. at least in future if people not play with nomini.com they will safe own money because it's all fraud and scam

Mixed review, good and bad. Good selection of games and decent bonus (always high wagering reuquests 20x to x40 times winnings). The bad was my experience with my first withdrawal request, the withdrawal request sent on 30 June, waited for 9 days and on 9 Jul they cancelled my withdrawal request alleging they had an issue with a payment provider. Told me to submit a new request that it would be prioritized, however took them another 4 days to actually credit my card after submitting my request for the second time (so origami request was 30 June, money credited 13 Jul). Customer support fast to answer in chat (slower by email) and seems to me they can’t really do much, as the request doesn’t seem to have been prioritized at all. Other than that, some of the games have normal country restrictions, but all considered a nice place to play.

Your balance can suddenly disappear sometimes they refund and sometimes they come up with shitty excuses, their promotions are shitty. I really don't recommend it. I've tried quite a few online casinos and this is definitely one of the worst. I'd rather advise you a better course of action - flush your money down the toilet, it will work out exactly the same :) Absolutely zero winnings, you buy a bonus for 20 EUR - you win 0.6 EUR. Really great fun and very attractive prizes.

been a member for years here and trust me this is the worst casino that keep trapping u with bonuses and a never ending cycle of closing your account (asked about 100 times)
not only do they make it a 500$ withdrawal limit until u hit level 5 VIP which takes thousands to get too once u do get there they make it a 2500$ limit every 24 hours business time.
games glitch out constantly causing u to lose bonuses which never get any attention as the live chat team is 10x worse.
(one time had a bonus active and was doing a bonus hunt got about 10 bonuses 1 in particular being Zeus vs hades which paid almost 1500x but apparently because i reached the requirement for the bonus all the bonuses i had held were just voided lmao even though they played out and showed pays etc)
RTP is non existent here as well.
