I ordered from Baremote after seeing a Facebook advertisement, in November 2020, I received my order after sending a number of emails in January 2021, I realised this was because the items were coming directly from China. I was extremely disappointed as the quality of the items was very poor and the service even worse. Even though I knew return postage was my responsibility, I sent the items back via tracked mail. After sending an email enquiring whether the items had been received, I then received my refund the first week of March 2021. I will NEVER use this company again, I would rather pay more for good quality products and service.

I ordered a wool coat, paid NOK 650 in the end of November 2020 and have still not received the item.
I have sent several enquiries and irrespective of what I state in my email the reply is identical " Hei der
