I order NOTINO own Face Fuel box which I thought would be mini pots of Estée Lauder/Lancome/Clinque face creams for using when going away overnight. I paid £5.40 plus £2.99 postage and an .50p for “priority complaints” . When it arrived it actually contained 5 sachets of face cream - given out free in most beauty stores - with the words Not for sale written on the reverse! I contacted NOTINO to be told basically I should have read the small print. I’m furious. Is the sale even legal in the UK ? Has anyone else fallen for this?

Take your money send you rubbish and not contactable.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
I received a perfume that appeared to have been used, and the fragrance smelled very unpleasant, as though it had gone off. I asked several friends and family members to smell it, and they all agreed that something wasn't right.
The worst part has been the complete lack of customer service. I have emailed the company four times over the last week and a half and have not received a single response. I have also tried calling their customer service number, but every time I am told that all colleagues are busy and the call is automatically terminated.
As I have been unable to get any help or resolution, I am now contacting my bank to request a chargeback.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company. Their customer service has been non-existent, and I have been left with a faulty product and no support.

SCAM COMPANY!
I ordered from this company, paid for delivery & on the delivery date I received an email stating "delivery attempt unsuccessful" which was a complete lie as there was someone there all day. I contacted them and was told it was delivered the next day which it wasn't. I am now over a month waiting and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER!

placed an order worth £137 (Order Number: (9516880646). It was supposed to be delivered by Evri on Friday, 26th June. However, it has still not arrived and Evri keeps delaying it without any proper explanation. I have received no helpful update from Notino either. As a paying customer, I expect Notino to resolve this issue with their courier immediately and provide me with a clear update or a full refund.

Bad customer service, takes too long for them to respond. I had severely damaged packages arrive at the parcel shop with open boxes and products missing, orders are always being lost in transit with courier company.

Ordered make up from the site. Delivered and very badly packaged which meant the eye shadows were destroyed. Paid for 'priority complaints' but yet to get the items replaced I have pay for the damaged items to be sent back to get more to replace them. Really poor offers of service for an issue they caused by not packaging the items correctly.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt this was justified as I had initially been a bit sceptical but couldn’t find anywhere else to replace the products I had bought in Greece. Delivery was super fast and everything I ordered was great - can’t fault my experience and would order from Notino again.

I would not use this company again for the following reasons: Perfume was for a gift ordered on 5th june but arrived damaged and on checking batch code I found the perfume was made in 2012 and had a health warning not to be used. I had to chase Refund which took for ever.(was finally refunded on 26th june).
One positive note is the perfume arrived quickly but thats no use if the goods are unsable and are over 12 years old. If they are selling good this old they should at least state this so that customers can understated thats why the goods are so cheap I suppose you get what you pay for!.

I ordered Old Spice Whitewater deodorant 6 items, paid delivery fee as well. But it seems the people at Notino can only count to 5. Instead of 6, they only sent me 5 items. Upon complaint, I was asked to send photos of the package from all angles, which I did. They offered me a voucher, which I said yes to. And since then radio silence. How difficult is it to count and check what you are packing. I think their whole service is based on this nonsense and done intentionally. The negative reviews are all genuine, I would rather pay a few extra quid and buy from elsewhere, but never again from this dodgy website.
