I wasn’t going to leave a review as the overall management who has dealt with my complaint has been wonderful. However I am still reeling from my experience and living with the worst tattoo ever.
I went with No Regrets as the work I initially saw was outstanding.
However…
I went for a free consultation, I was under the impression that the artist was going to work with me and send some email ideas over. Nothing arrived. Drew on my leg with potential ideas then left me with Suni, who quoted me the most extortionate price for a 6 hour session. I thought for the money they have to be good. £250 deposit, there and then, I did, annoyingly sign the terms and conditions of no regrets. This is the biggest mistake of my life. I left thinking what the hell have I just done? Went back to see if I could get my deposit back, no chance. Literally hard luck. My session was booked for first week in September 2025. I hadn’t received any sort of design, I was asked to sign a consent form saying I was happy with the design, I explained that I can not sign that as I have no idea what my design was. My artist was late, there was no urgency whatsoever, very clever considering this was eating into session time. Then he had to set up, then he actually couldn’t remember what I said I liked, so he said do you like butterflies? Yes, so that’s how the design unfolded. I wish I’d have just ran when I realised how disorganised things were.
It was for a cover up tattoo, fine line tattoo would have been so much better. Finally he was ready, I asked if the back of the seat could be raised up. He seemed annoyed that I asked. Reluctantly he did raise the back up. So then my tattoo started possibly an hour and a half after I had arrived. There was no conversation, I totally get the artists need to concentrate. Then came the break. Restarted and then there was another break due to maintenance on emergency exit lighting. Another 45mins eating into my money. Then when my tattoo was restarted he was on his phone constantly and when this was mentioned I was told his family are from Columbia. What??? That is absolutely not my problem! I am paying you for a service I do not expect your attention to be on your phone, due to the time difference over seas.
Then came the shading, this is the most horrific mess on my leg ever. I have been offered laser removal, as a follow up from no regrets, free of charge, as it’s such a mess, I will be in touch to follow this up as I hate this tattoo with a passion, but I had to allow it to fully heal. I developed the most horrendous infection which needed antibiotics. And the scarring is awful. The shading is broken and my skin is shiny and really fragile.
This should be called instant regrets tattoo.
All this company cares about is money. I sent photos of my infection and broken skin and was told that my tattoo was really overworked. Rosie was really helpful and gave me money back and regular check ins. But this experience has literally left me scarred for life.
I would give this studio a massive wide birth and find somewhere that actually care about what they are doing!

I had two sessions with Bako at the Bristol studio, it was a cover up and the detail is amazing! I would highly recommend Bako and will definitely be back for more

Really friendly modern studio full of great artists. Rob Santos has done three pieces for me and they’re all amazing. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Great experience at No Regrets, Emrah created a stunning design for me. I wanted an image of an Indian Goddess, my tattoo is beautiful, the detail is outstanding, I am more than happy with every aspect of my new tattoo, amazing artist, thankyou Emrah.

Julian created a lovely and well executed dogs paw portrait tattoo. i was so concerned about finding the right tattooist who could make it look like my dog Well done and top man Julian

Really positive experience at No Regrets Manchester. I had been planning my tattoo for about 3 years, each component personal so I wanted it to be perfect. Kiernan was really helpful and understood my brief, and paired me with Tuhani. Tuhani’s attention to detail was exemplary, and I am blown away by the end result. I know the studio is pricier than others, but the quality of the work reflects that higher price. Very happy!

it was a relaxing environment with friendly artists (important for a first time tattoo!) and yes i will be coming back for my second!

I had my tattoo of my rescue dog Dax done by Sabastian, and I can't begin to tell you how good it was above and beyond my expectations, the eyes are so realistic just beautiful, would definitely recommend him for the best tattoo you really won't be disappointed 😊❤️

Together with my daughter we had lovely tattoos with Tembo at No Regrets Bristol. The whole team were friendly and efficient. Tembo accommodated changes to our tattoo designs and both of us where very happy with our results - one colour, one fineline! Would recommend Tembo to others!

Pleased I went there, the reasons why are
- I really like the style that Daniel brings to his designs
- It was really clear that everyone wanted me to go away happy with the design, they really listened.

I had a pet portrait done by Churchill at the Exeter studio. To say I am over the moon with it is an understatement!! Churchill ensured I was as comfortable as possible throughout the sitting. Having lost my beloved dog mid 2025 I now have a permanent portrait of him with me forever. I can’t thank Churchill enough. If I decide to have another one done Churchill would be the person I go back to.

I had a great experience, well a really really great experience. That was my first tattoo,so I didn't know what to expect but everyone who I met with were kind and helpful,everything went well from the first phone call to book a consultation.
Francesca is a absolut gem, she understood fully what I hoped to get,and her tattoo is over and above anything I could even imagine.
Highly recommend the studio,every other customers I saw, walked off with a big smile on their face,including me. 🥰

Upper Clapton one completely botched my tattoo, to the point where I'm removing it. I got the money back but I'm still out of pocket due to needing to remove it. It's colour too so it will take forever. I do not recommend them, in fact, I stay away from this place. My experience is so bad that it makes me want to cry. Not to mention the fact how much they photoshop their pictures. Reality is completely different.

Great tattoo parlour in glasgow the artist kubilay was brilliant,very patient attention to detail was also immense,he is very talented and patient with his clients. I would recommend this artist and parlour to anyone who is getting a tattoo done. Also very nice girl rebecca on the reception desk chatted to my wife while i was having my tattoo done. Very clean studio and a comfotable waiting area which made my visit so relaxing. So a big five stars to a very well run tattoo studio.

After waiting for 3 months I get a call 2 days before the tattoo to cancel because Henrique has decided to go on holiday. Utterly unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour showing utter contempt for their customers. Won’t go back. Complete waste of my time

Very friendly staff, and Ashley the tattooist is always friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. Aftercare advice is always good. Place is very clean.

Just very disappointing. Quoted £130 for a one hour relatively basic outline tattoo which you’d expect to be around the £40/50 mark. I understand No Regrets are a higher price point studio and with that you’d expect higher quality results so I had no issue paying that £130 price.

Unfortnatley after ending up paying £140 total, I was left with a very poor tattoo. Instead of being proud of my new tattoo, the messy line work had me looking into laser removal or possible coverup designs. I reached out to get the tattoo touched up which was done no problem, with the artist even noticing straight away the poor quality of their work. But despite the touch up being an improvement on the original, it’s still nowhere near the standard you would expect especially for the price, with me still looking into ways I can try and salvage the tattoo.

Very poor service from this place in Leeds.. Paid a very high deposit and unfortunately had to cancel. They refused to give the deposit back. Stay well clear as they are rip off merchants and say things that aren't true when you ask for deposit back. Then had the cheek to say i could have a voucher

Just back from a full day session with Romulo in the Cheltenham studio, for a Lord of The Rings half sleeve.

I’m absolutely obsessed with it. Romulo is a wizard, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating.

The studio is modern, warm and friendly, with some fantastic artwork around the place.

I’ll be back as soon as this heels for extras, and to discuss the remainder of my sleeve.
