What can i say about this company...Scammers.

Payment issues. Purchased and didn't receive and got the copy and paste email. Went to Discord. ALL the admins lie to new players and tell them to SPEND SPEND SPEND! When I argued with the Admins on Discord, they kicked me lol.. do NOT play any of their games or interact with them in anyway. Atrocious support. Spend or be ignored. Question and get kicked. Like others have said, save your time and money and just use google

I purchased a limited item for one of their games in august, it cost me 50 euros. However upon trying to open the item i get a value error. I reported the issue to them, their response was closing my ticket and sweeping the issue under the rug. I still havent got a fix to this day. Fraud, should be illegal, should be a crime of theft. Absolutely horrible what this company has become. They were such a good company before, but for some years now their games are crawling with bugs, translation errors, straight up grambling and roulette and lootboxes, and they dont care. Ill never buy anything from them again and you shouldnt either.

double billing not checked, support request unanswered for three weeks, missed ingame bonus on 1 platform

Payment halted via bank, which had NOT been necessary if sales/payment-support would have worked accordingly.
Subscription by forehand cancelled by billing-service.
1 (NOT billing-related) platform no longer playable - missing ingame-prices (only automatic collect with montly pass, which could not be renewed.)
HD says order has been delivered , yes 2 times for 1 seasonal card , but did not check relevant gold-account . . .
low level Hd and slow, additional contact through ingame-messenger discord not succesful too.
Finally it seems i keep my subscription money for good and be out when my current subscription expires .
indictment for mainipulating digital account will be on the way on May 2nd (cause nobody there takes anything serious)

Stay away from that site, the only winner is Nutaku.You literally get robbed. Do you really want that ? If yes then go ahead and enjoy !

Coins will disappear I have been playing and using their referral system for free coins I had 600 coins and logged in today and only had 100 I have contacted support and I am waiting for their response honestly thinking I’m not going to use their service any longer it sucks because it’s like the only one available on IOS

Nutaku games are all the same game, free to play, spend a lot of money for the illusion you might win. That free to play part is like clever designed frustration. Without going into a 10-page detail I can tell you that customer service, and the way they treat their customers is appalling. They have a very clever way of frustrating you into walking away. Unless you purchase the $500 package or make big buys they don't care what you think. Their model would be to have 100 customers once, rather than one customer a hundred times. If you do play this game be warned do not spend money there, you will just make it easier for them to do it to everybody else. Takes about 3 weeks to figure it out, this is a money vacuum. And nothing more, cleverly dressed in bikinis, or completely nude young looking females, I'm sure under some law they have the right to do this however unless you're a teenager, nothing here should look good to you. Bottom line is this game is designed for making money and unless you're going to bring them a bunch of money, you will not enjoy this game., but they will however label you a cheater and ban you from the website for calling them on what they consider unacceptable giving the content of their game, unacceptable is debatable.

Hadn't logged on for a few months. Found all my games were booting as new. Basically all the money I spent disappeared. No response from support even with attached receipts.

Their games are broken, unbalanced, don't scale well, and are all pay2win. Their support department is complete dogsh1t. They will take your money and you may or maynot ever receive the content you paid for, and you most definitely will never ever get a refund.

They scam you out of money, game support does always ignore you and dont help if there is an issue.
You have no chance to get your money back nor the content you purchased.

I hope the payment option there is also in asia

Nutaku is nothing more than a greedy P2W platform who apparently has no problem in hosting half-assed games crawling with racist folks.

Nutaku's standpoint and I quote their Mod/Staff "Player behaviour is not in Nutaku jurisdiction." To make it worse, some games actually allow racist whales to enforce their mentally by completely ruining the game for others with in-game mechanics. Any money given to "support and improve the game" is entirely wasted.

In addition, many games are actually re-skins of other games (like literally a 1-to-1 re-skin).

Avoid this company at all costs. Just squeezing money out of folks who do not know the truth. Also, research their parent company "MindGeek" now called "Aylo". They also stand accused of sex trafficking, rape, and racism.

A real company would listen to its customers on how to improve. I will not re-list all the good ideas folks have shared with them in multiple platforms (Discord, customer support feedback, etc.)

Awesome animations-favorite is hentai games, although could make one for lasbians...

I have attempted to contact customer support 3 times over the last 3 years regarding 3 different games and not once have I gotten a reply, let alone a solution.

They have by far the worst customer service I've dealt with in terms of gaming platforms. I was asking why I can't buy a coin package. The service rep said they don't care and ended the conversation. I won't play them ever again.

Nutaku has average games at best (many poorly translated from Japanese DMM). While many games you can start off as free to play, they tend to quickly ask for more and more money as you progress or else you fall behind everybody else and the game's difficulty increases.

The vast majority of games require A LOT of grinding which means A LOT of your time to unlock good content (taking away the pleasure portion). Those who are ahead, which are almost always those who have paid, also get significantly better awards to open the gap between those ahead vs those starting or falling behind (this destroys any sort of competitive feeling of its users)

In a Nutshell, Nutaku is a money drain for average games that will require you to drain significant time and money and fully supports "pay to win". It is defined as "the rich get richer, and the poor get poor-er" with its games.
