I am going to try the 2nd series of treatments to try to get the colour of the pad and the end of use "clear"

Unauthorized subscription & automatic charge - Order #CON-20260901-301
I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding order #CON-20260901-301.
My payment details from a previous purchase were used without my explicit consent to set up an automatic subscription ("Subscription Renewal") and deduct 410.00 DKK from my account. I never authorized any recurring payments.
I have already taken the following actions:
Contacted customer support via email demanding immediate cancellation and full refund.
Informed my bank (Jyske Bank) to initiate a payment dispute / card chargeback.
Refused package delivery (the package will be left at the parcel shop to be returned automatically).
I expect Nuubu / UAB Convenity to immediately cancel order #CON-20260901-301, confirm the full refund, and permanently delete my payment information from their systems.
UPDATE:
The customer support has already contacted me directly via email and confirmed the full refund of 410.00 DKK for order #CON-20260901-301, as well as the complete cancellation of the subscription. Once the money reflects in my bank account, this issue is fully resolved for me.

Nuubu Detox Pads really do work. One night's use saw the swelling in my feet and legs receding and it got progressively better to the point where there is almost no swelling at all. I use them every night. After showing my rheumatologist my legs and feet and giving him the ingredient list for the pads he told me to keep using it. He is impressed and kept the ingredient list.
