Please please please do not give this business your money. Trust these reviews, overwhelmingly negative, and understand it’s very simple and cheap for a company to acquire a few 5 star ratings to try to counter honest customer reviews. Not only is the services they provide incredibly underwhelming and superfluous and no where near worth paying 400 kr per month, their reoccurring subscription are very predatory and they typically lure you in with “free services” (or rather very cheap) and in VERY fine print disclose the charges to come in the future. The fact that I allowed 2 years and over 10,000 kr to be charged is a result of my own incompetence, but shame on this company for posing as a wholesome organisation. Don’t expect to ever get in any meaningful contact with them either, the website is poorly designed and coded making it even more difficult. They will make a point to reply to these reviews with snarky arrogant comments however. Go use Finn to find a furry friend, not these tools. And if there’s one take away from this rant, even if the company is well within their legal rights, the product they offer just simply sucks. So many free alternatives that have a better and more wide ranging network/community.

Svindelalarm!! they are scammers. They have taken 399 NOK from my card

This is a complete scam run by dishonest and non-responsive individuals. I have been charged more than 2,000 NOK for a service I have not used, and despite my multiple messages to them via their customer service - I have now received zero response to my request to speak to somebody on the phone or for their registered business number.

"Businesses" like this make me lose faith in this world. To those operating this site, you should be ashamed in yourselves.

REVISE: Nytt-Dyr have now responded to this complaint saying "If you are in doubt or need help, you can always write to customer service. We can do nothing about this".

I would like to point out that I HAVE contacted them multiple times other the past month, with no response. Yet another indication that they are thieves and scammers, trying to protect their reputation without actually responding to customers.
