Have been a regular customer for 2 years and am very satisfied I hate going shopping in stores and they always deliver never a problem and I live in the country far from stores so I shop for everything I need for a week.
They have such nice meat products from the delicatessen at great prices. Very satisfied with the offers and prices in general.

For me it was the last time.
2 weeks ago the driver could not find my door bell. He claimed my name was not there. That time he manage to turn around and deliver.
This week he manage again to not ring the door bell. Customer service said he called. I am sorry why doesn't he has Oda phone? No, it was some Lithuanian number I don't know. I am not picking up unknown numbers.
I end up with no delivery because they claim I was "not available" and I had to pay all the frozen food.
I have gone through wrong or missing goods, damaged packaged, uneatable fruit. Now I am done.
For me that was the end. I will order the heavy stuff from Meny and get the rest from the store.
I am sure I will do well without you and you without me

Just got a delivery from Oda at the Door at our cottage in the Lillehammer/Sjusjøen area. Local Kiwi is Good - but there is need for a door delivery like Oda as well.

Very challenging road conditions today, semi quality on the address list of new customers, high demand etc.

Some slight delays due to conditions, but proactive information sharing all along the way. And, tam tam tam- they even picked up the phone and could answer questions (humans!) wrt the deliveries. That is an A!

This is a great service for the Cottage /Hytte people. Try it. No drones needed. Oda is on the ball!

A very irresponsible company, it only to spoil the mood and everything else.What's going on with them there?No liability. I've already been disappointed with them 3 times, they probably won't fix it, I'll have to look elsewhere where I can buy what I need.I am specially looking to see if the product can be delivered on the date I want or not.I specially chose when there is an opportunity to deliver that product, because I thought it would be better to wait, but they will deliver what I need. Unfortunately, it was not delivered. Everything is ruined for the weekend, what was planned.They were already written to before, let them order a larger quantity then. they work negligently

Overall, it went really well and the experience was good. I could say it was more on the expensive side.

Very expensive. Delivery is too expensive. They even charge for the cartoon box. That's ridiculous.

Please do not go for these classes.its waste of money.They trap you by taking one short payment and do not refund or even bother to call to take up your concerns .My son is not able to cope up with his studies timings and these online classes but these unprofessional people are not ready to give back the money without being concerned if the student is attending the classes or not.

Number one frauds.They say take course and if not satisfied they will give you 100% refund with no questions asked. I took a course for my daughter and because of their poor customer support and schedule I raised for a refund next day itself..After multiple attempts of me following up ,they replied to me refund is credited to my account number.The number which they credited does not even belong me and they claim it is credited.Now useless guys are not responding to my emails .Course is also disabled and money is also gone.They are frauds.
Do not fall in their trap .

Today was the food delivery to my company very good. Everything was packed as it should be. Heavy stuff at the bottom and lighter ting on top. Nothing was destroyed 👍

Been using Oda since they launched in Norway. I could not be more satisfied with the service. Delivery time, deliver options, the cost, the selection, the smartness of the app (recipes, shopping list, frequent items). They can always deliver and have Mede it so easy for me to buy all I need with few clicks. It will be easier every time. Customer service is quick to respond, the drivers are always smiling and nice!

Amazig service! The driver wasn't able to reach me this morning because I had my phone on silent, so he of course had to cancel my order When I discovered this I contacted the call sentes. The call senter and the driver fixed the problem and my order was delivered 10 minutes after this. I have ordered from Oda a lot of times and never had any problems of any sort! Will of course continue to use this delivery service and will absoluteky recommend Oda.

I like how the system functions, easy to maneuver, easy to add-on, and best of all: notification on where you are qeue-wise on delivery day.

I order weekly and it’s generally a large order and I often forget stuff that I then add in later. In the 5 or so years I have used Oda I have never once had an item missing. How is that even possible? Our house is up a steep and currently icy path but we have never had anyone leave the boxes at the end of the driveway. I am continually impressed with the systems and the customer service. Thank you Oda.

Mainly very good selection and quality. It happens that something is wrong with what is delivered or how it is packed. But when that message is given to Oda.no, they are ultra rapid to answer in the best possible and pleasant way and taking actions.

Great customer service! Have been using Oda/kolonial for several years! Never any issues with customer service. They fix any problem asap. Always nice, polite and very helpful!
Food is excellent, time of Delivery is always on point. I order weekly/every 2nd week, so i have a long history/experience with Oda. Makes my life easier

I originally tried Oda because of the pandemic, but I’ll continue using them after things are back to normal too. They have a good selection of groceries, prices are reasonable, they deliver on time and it’s very nice not to have to carry heavy loads😃 The app is easy to use and it’s practical to have the shopping basket available and just add to it throughout the week when things come to mind. I also like that it’s possible to add to the order after having paid, until they start preparing it. The only thing I’m missing is an option to choose whether or not I want substitutes for items they run out of between order and delivery. Customer service is amazing. If something’s gone wrong they’re quick to apologise and give a refund if applicable. I definitely recommend Oda!
