Returns info straight forward online Already have the product codes stuck on original packaging . Bit of confusion with pay at post office with q r code or print off but all worked out ok .

They sell nice clothes, but the 14 day returns policy (including transit!) is a joke. The clothes are expensive and I cannot shop in store to try things on. Now lumbered with £130 gift card for a store I don’t want to give my money to again. Grrrr. Be careful.

I ordered a dress that looked super cute online but I came down very disappointed since the quality of the fabric is very poor. It is super thin and I doubt it is 100 % cotton. At least the under skirt is definitely not cotton, most likely polyester.

What can I say I absolutely love this company my Tasha pinafore dress in beige arrived today and it is gorgeous this is the third pinafore dress I have bought from Olive.I am 60 years old and was apprehensive in ordering at first as the young ladies who model the dress are young and the style really looks amazing on them,however I took the plunge and so glad I did as they look lovely on with boots,I’m so pleased I have also had a couple of skirts now too and planning on getting a few jumpers too.Arrives quickly and free returns brilliant company.

The design on the dress I bought is lovely, the cut is great. But for £69 plus postage I would honestly say it’s primark quality & not worth the extra money. Loose threads, it’s not fully lined, just lined with a mini skirt in poor quality material. The material is thin & cheap feeling. I wouldn’t recommend nor will I buy from them again. I’m hoping it washes okay as I’m really disappointed in this dress I’ve been dying to get my hands on for ages & had the alerts set up for restocks.

Impeccable customer service from Olive. This was my first time shopping with the brand, and unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered trousers to my old address. The team helped me immediately, contacting the courier on my behalf to have the package returned to sender so it could be resent to my correct address. They were even kind enough to cover the postage costs, despite it being my error.

Additionally, they allowed me to return another pair of trousers that were too small, even though the 14-day return period had passed. The team has been incredibly helpful, promptly answering all my enquiries and assisting me every step of the way.

Beyond the stellar customer service, the wool trousers are high-quality and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, an excellent experience with great value for money and genuine customer care. Thank you very much!

Would give zero if could! Two experiences of the worst customer service. Clothes also poor quality and il fitting. Told have to wait 6 weeks for them to replace or refund me an item that’s clearly missing.

I sent an eBay parcel to Olive by mistake :/ They were absolutely wonderful about it. They patiently replied to all my emails and explained I could email them a postage label and they would look out for the parcel and forward it on with their own post! I can’t believe they would go to so much trouble to help me even though they had nothing to gain from it. What a fantastic company!! Thank you x

Was super fond of a style of jacket Olive had released but the colour wasn't really my style. Shot them a message to see if they were going to make it in my desired colour, which they expressed it wasn't currently planned. However, they organised getting a one off made for me in the colour I wanted. The jacket arrived and it's more than I could have hoped for.

Quality is always unreal from these guys and they were lovely to deal with on the customer service side, thanks so much again!

I saw a beautiful leather bag on this website reminded me of the Alaia bag. It was out of stock so I emailed Olive clothing. They responded and advised should be restocked within a week. I have now purchased the bag and it’s beautiful. Their communication was fabulous would definitely use this website again.

My lovely husband bought me a dress from Olive (Tasha wrap check). It was ordered around 5 o'clock on Friday evening. Yes, he did pay for next day delivery but we were surprised when it arrived around 10.30 next day. Thank you for such excellent service! I love the dress, very good quality. It’s like ordering something off aliexpress, except everything’s really expensive.

The designs are so cute but when they arrive it’s such a let down. I bought the check strap dress and a jumper - the fabric on the dress was cheap and am nasty and the adjustable straps kept slipping to the loosest setting - even while just trying on!

The jumper moults fluff onto EVERYTHING in the house. When I hand washed it the whole bathroom was covered in fluff. Post wash it’s very itchy. I messaged customer service and they advised me not to wash the jumper as much as possible…. ?! I’m going to need wash my clothes…….

I tried Olive once 10 years ago and had a similar experience. It was like they’d cut a triangle shape out for the skirt and I looked ridiculous. I thought I’d give them another go but it was just a waste of £200
