Ken was thorough and explained everything with us. He was very professional, polite, and respectful of our home.

I called Olshan and Ken a Structural Technician, came to give me estimate on my foundation. Ken was very nice and professional he told me how he would check the foundation with a machine connected to an IPad that measured how far the foundation sank. He also took the time to show me video hydride or cable lock and gave my payment options he send me the information with in 15 minutes to my email.

Olshan did an excellent job beginning with Tracy Gibbs who analyzed the situation. Some adjustments were required to the work done 26 years ago and additional work was needed. The crew arrived as scheduled and explained what they were going to be working on that morning. Once all the prep work was done, Gilberto Gil walked with us through various rooms looking at any issues with doors being able to close and supervised the lifting that was done. Because of the scope of the work, they were able to finish in one day which we appreciated. We are sincerely grateful for the efforts of the crew: Ivan J., N. Diaz, Daniel G., and Renee L.

Showed up on time for the appointment and gave me a very detailed review of proposed services and cost. I have not made a decision to use them yet but so far very good service.

We had a wonderful foundation repair team to come to our home and work hard at all times. They were kind and knowledgeable about fixing our sinking foundation. Their names are Thomas, Jorge, Anthony, Francisco, Idaquel and Gerrado. . They informed us about the progress and completed as promised . They had to for three days . We are very satisfied with the outcome.

I called Olshan and had the privilege of having Matt Neal, come and assess the work needed at me and my daughter‘s house. He told me what they would do, gave me a fair price for what they would do and then he sent Martin Bello and his crew Roberto , Daniel and Jorge to do the work. These men showed up at the time they said they would be there. They did the work flawlessly. They cleaned up after themselves. Left me with a complete level concrete driveway. All of these people involved were very high-quality people, and I felt like I knew them as friends. I actually enjoyed watching them work. It was interesting to see how professional these men are. I take my hat off to all of them. Olshan is very fortunate to have this quality of people working for them. Thank all of you for making me and my daughter‘s driveways new again.
