Michael, Pedro and Fernando did a great job with our concrete repair. I love the high tech graphs that show the problems underground and where the actual problem is. Everyone we worked with was great with communication. The team arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

The Olshan team arrived on time. The Supervisors, Kevin, Adrian and Rojelio V. provided answers to my questions throughout the process. The crew, Pedro, Chato, Daniel, Diego, Manuel, Catano, Roberto, Rojelio and Palacio worked together seamlessly. There were 2 new helical piers installed inside, and 4 new exterior pilings. There were 9 more prior Olshan pilings that required adjustments. I was amazed that they were able to finish all of it in 1 day. Their work was excellent and I would definitely recommend Olshan.

I had my foundation repaired. I was concerned because they had to dig holes in my finished basement to do the job. I was concerned about the aftermath of the job. They did it very fast, only 2 days and when they left you could not tell my basement floor had been full of dirt. It was spotless! They did a great job

Starting with Melissa, who inspected our basement and suggested the "fix". The scheduler called a day or so later, and the crew was able to arrive in only a few days time. When they arrived, on time, the entire crew went right to work. Very industrious. A well oiled machine. The crew leader, Angel Valdez, was courteous, informative, very helpful. His partner, Devon Sanders, was also the same. My hats off to the hard working team of Samuel, Mario, Ramiro, David, and Jose. The finished repairs were completed the same day, they cleaned up afterwards, and made sure I was satisfied and offered to answer any questions I might have had. The finished product looked just as Melissa had shown in her sales presentation.
I had a question on follow-up with Mercedes, and she was patient and helpful and answered my question.
In today's world it is comforting to do business with people who understand their jobs, under promise and over deliver.GREAT JOB ladies and gentlemen.
We are glad we chose Olshan, Kansas City, MO for our work. We anticipate no longer fearing rain clouds!!

There was a contractor came to our House and wanted to charge $10000 for some floor work. Your representative came to our house crawled under the house and said we did not need that work done. I have never seen a company with such honest And professional employees. God bless you all.

Olshan did an excellent job on fixing our foundation. Adrian and his crew(Roberto, Wilson, Rogelio, Jose, Ruben and Nelson went over and beyond what we asked them. This crew worked incredibly hard and was very professional during the whole process. Would definitely recommend this crew for any future work!!

Martin rigoberto agirre,Samuel ramirez,Daniel bello ,gorge mateo all made the day pretty great bunch of guys thank you for all your hard work looks great...

Ken was thorough and explained everything with us. He was very professional, polite, and respectful of our home.

I called Olshan and Ken a Structural Technician, came to give me estimate on my foundation. Ken was very nice and professional he told me how he would check the foundation with a machine connected to an IPad that measured how far the foundation sank. He also took the time to show me video hydride or cable lock and gave my payment options he send me the information with in 15 minutes to my email.
Thank you Ken for being so kind and taking the time to explain everything to me.

Olshan did an excellent job beginning with Tracy Gibbs who analyzed the situation. Some adjustments were required to the work done 26 years ago and additional work was needed. The crew arrived as scheduled and explained what they were going to be working on that morning. Once all the prep work was done, Gilberto Gil walked with us through various rooms looking at any issues with doors being able to close and supervised the lifting that was done. Because of the scope of the work, they were able to finish in one day which we appreciated. We are sincerely grateful for the efforts of the crew: Ivan J., N. Diaz, Daniel G., and Renee L.

Showed up on time for the appointment and gave me a very detailed review of proposed services and cost. I have not made a decision to use them yet but so far very good service.

Raul was very informative and generous with his explanations of the state of the foundation and what it was going to take to bring it back to where it needs to be.

Your technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional!

Bill was outstanding! Very reassuring and super knowledgeable!

The rep that came out was very complete in his inspection of areas of concern and the entire home

Their names are Thomas, Jorge, Anthony, Francisco, Idaquel and Gerrado. . They informed us about the progress and completed as promised . They had to for three days . We are very satisfied with the outcome.
