The Olshan crew arrived right on time. Their leader was Jose Santos. He was very personable and explained what they would be doing. His crew was Horrellana, Alonso, Antonio and Jose Caal. They worked hard and wasted no time. After finishing their work it was obvious that cracks were closed both inside and outside of our sunroom. At this point we are very pleased with their work and would recommend Olshan.

The crew that did the work on my foundation was very impressive in completing the project. They made sure that all of the doors were aligned correctly and they cleaned the work area better than the previous crew did. They were quick, fast and responsive to questions about the project. Very Impressed with them.

I had already received an evaluation from another vendor whom I thought had done an excellent job….until my Olshan guy came along. His analysis was many times more thorough and detailed…and reassuring! He showed me the elevation difference from every corner of my home as well as from room to room, and inside walls to outer walls. These precise measurements allowed him (and me) to focus on the ONE area of my foundation that needed attention, No “to be safe, let’s do this entire 45 ft long side”….and that saved me $5000 compared to the competitor’s price. Rep was very professional, knowledgeable (I know because I had done my homework), friendly, and just a joy to work with. He gave me my quote right then and there, I accepted, and was on the their schedule for repairs all in one easy session, saving myself a lot of time and stress.

The representative did a good job assessing the foundation problems. However, as he was pulling out of our drive way we needed to confirm our understanding of a recommendation that he made so we called his cell phone but he did not answer and has not called us back. That was 10 days ago and we still do not know when the work is scheduled to be done.

From the beginning Jack Ortiz came to our home to take the measurements of the foundation. He was very knowledgeable of what need to be addressed and professional. He explain everything that had to be done to correct the issue step by step. The repair to the foundation was schedule. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. Mr. Teo V. introduced himself along with his crew( Miguel M. Gabriel V. Jesus B. Jose R. Luis M. Hector P. )they begin to work right away on the foundation. I would ask Mr. Teo question about the work they were performing and he would explain it step by step. I would also ask the crew individual questions and they also took the time to explain what they were doing and what was the reason for doing the cable lock how the process had to be done step by step. When the crew was ready to lift the foundation Mr. Yuris Venegas was ready to lead the crew. He introduced himself and explained what was going to happen next. They lifted the foundation of our house and Mr. Venegas took the measurements again everything line up like Mr. Venegas said it would. There were no damages in the interior or the exterior of the house while lifting the foundation of our house. Olshan personnel did a great job! I would like to thank all the employees for making this company great.

Very professional organization. I enjoyed the visit and when the evaluation on my house was finished, I had a much better understanding of my options to fix the house. The technician that came by was a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable about foundations and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Olshan.

Michael, Pedro and Fernando did a great job with our concrete repair. I love the high tech graphs that show the problems underground and where the actual problem is. Everyone we worked with was great with communication. The team arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

The Olshan team arrived on time. The Supervisors, Kevin, Adrian and Rojelio V. provided answers to my questions throughout the process. The crew, Pedro, Chato, Daniel, Diego, Manuel, Catano, Roberto, Rojelio and Palacio worked together seamlessly. There were 2 new helical piers installed inside, and 4 new exterior pilings. There were 9 more prior Olshan pilings that required adjustments. I was amazed that they were able to finish all of it in 1 day. Their work was excellent and I would definitely recommend Olshan.

I had my foundation repaired. I was concerned because they had to dig holes in my finished basement to do the job. I was concerned about the aftermath of the job. They did it very fast, only 2 days and when they left you could not tell my basement floor had been full of dirt. It was spotless! They did a great job

Starting with Melissa, who inspected our basement and suggested the "fix". The scheduler called a day or so later, and the crew was able to arrive in only a few days time. When they arrived, on time, the entire crew went right to work. Very industrious. A well oiled machine. The crew leader, Angel Valdez, was courteous, informative, very helpful. His partner, Devon Sanders, was also the same. My hats off to the hard working team of Samuel, Mario, Ramiro, David, and Jose. The finished repairs were completed the same day, they cleaned up afterwards, and made sure I was satisfied and offered to answer any questions I might have had. The finished product looked just as Melissa had shown in her sales presentation.
I had a question on follow-up with Mercedes, and she was patient and helpful and answered my question.
In today's world it is comforting to do business with people who understand their jobs, under promise and over deliver.GREAT JOB ladies and gentlemen.

There was a contractor came to our House and wanted to charge $10000 for some floor work. Your representative came to our house crawled under the house and said we did not need that work done. I have never seen a company with such honest And professional employees. God bless you all.
