Great customer service every time we have called or had a service technician out to recheck our foundation. I highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful foundation repair team to come to our home and work hard at all times. They were kind and knowledgeable about fixing our sinking foundation. Their names are Thomas, Jorge, Anthony, Francisco, Idaquel and Gerrado. . They informed us about the progress and completed as promised . They had to for three days . We are very satisfied with the outcome.

I called Olshan and had the privilege of having Matt Neal, come and assess the work needed at me and my daughter‘s house. He told me what they would do, gave me a fair price for what they would do and then he sent Martin Bello and his crew Roberto , Daniel and Jorge to do the work. These men showed up at the time they said they would be there. They did the work flawlessly. They cleaned up after themselves. Left me with a complete level concrete driveway. All of these people involved were very high-quality people, and I felt like I knew them as friends. I actually enjoyed watching them work. It was interesting to see how professional these men are. I take my hat off to all of them. Olshan is very fortunate to have this quality of people working for them. Thank all of you for making me and my daughter‘s driveways new again.

We live in a 100+ year old home with a crawl space. We love old homes but they do have issues just like us as we age. Our floors were sagging when we bought the house but as time passed we were experiencing doors sticking and walls cracking so we decided to contact Olshan. We both knew of the reputation of the company and as a Realtor I had been involved in a property that the owner had used them for a foundation issue.
The technician James Jagelewski met with us collected information about the house and the problems we were experiencing. We took him to the rooms we were concerned about and he went under the house to inspect and take pictures and videos. He was able to produce a plan and cost estimate on site and we signed the contract and got a date for the repairs. Santiago, the crew supervisor, text us to let us know when to expect them and they were there at the estimated time and immediately started to tackle the project at hand.
The crew was great, hardworking and professional during the whole process which was in 100+ degree temperatures. The crew consisted of Santiago, Horacio, Deglis, Cristian, Vidal, and Donaldo, each talented craftsman. They did not leave the site for lunch they brought their meals with them and ate on site and back to work. They worked continuously, no slacking. They all did an amazing job our doors do not stick, and the floors feel sturdy! The Production Manager, Jose Tamos came and checked in on the job
and explained the next steps and left his card so he could be reached if we had any questions or concerns. When the job was finished the crew meticulously cleaned the job site. We are so pleased with the results and recommend them without hesitation!

From Marcos Rivera coming out to assess the issues, to the entire crew that did the work, I am totally impressed with their timeliness, work ethic and performance.
Dani, the project manager, Foreman Carlos, supervisor Joe, crew members Edgar Calendario, Sandorian. Everyone was top notch. Highly recommend.
Fixing your foundation ss not something anyone looks forward to having to do. But, all things considered, Olshan was the best choice. I did get other quotes. Olshan had the best plan and the best price.

This was a warranty level.
Both Charon and Pedro were amazing. Came on time got right to work. Completely accomplished all they came to do finished job looks great no complaints would definitely give them the highest marks.
