Great web store of an amazing brand
The delivery was on time and the products in great shape. As for the web store itself was easy to navigate and well informative. My only complaint is that i would like to have the same products as the US store sooner.

Order never received, no support since
I ordered a few weeks ago, at the begining of the December Sale. Receive an email with a link, but no confirmed date of delivery. Status has not changed since, no reply to my email to Support / Customer service and Contact Number is no longer in use. Just hoping and praying that my order will arrive at this point. No customer support at all so why order again!

Was fortunate enough to find my size on sale.
Always nice when a wetsuit company has a small tall version, much appreciated as a slender tall guy.
The chin part of the cap is quite restrictive, could do with a better moulding.

I was very happy about the quick…
I was very happy about the quick delivery, the communication per email and the products as well. There is only one point for approvement. I ordered 2 products in sale with extra discount (when you buy 2 products in sale). One of the product turns out to be too big. I can only send it back but it is not possible to receive a smaller size (this acc. to the O'Neill website). And therefor, I have no extra discount which was the reasson to buy 2 products in sale.

Overall, good experience.
I feel like the bikini could fit better though. I am between sizes and even though I sized up, it still digs in the back and underarm area a little bit while the bottoms are a bit lose.
But for the price, it's still pretty good
