I've been using Open Street Map for years.
I've had no issues with them. I contribute to their maps fairly often and the games/tools that use Open Street Map work well.
They limit the exports to "50,000 nodes" but the site doesn't tell you when selecting an area how many nodes there are, and when you go back to the map from this error, it forgets your previous selection.
I tried quite a small area and even that hits this limit. Useless website.
