I have had a loan with these people for about 2 years. I have renewed with no issues until now. I renewed on a Friday. The previous loans payment was already scheduled on their end so it processed that night and they went ahead and renewed my loan and deposited the money that day. Well that means the old loan payment got taken out of the new loan same day I got it. I called and there is nothing they can do. Not even Skip a week like they had done in the previous renewals. That pretty shiesty. last renewal

150% interest, payment more than I have coming in, and the first problem was that the loan offer was half of what I requested, which was not enough to do the full job. I did not accept the offer, I think they have no interest in loaning to me.

I was always a good customer, payments on time, paid off, couple different loans and now after several emails and text messages, I’ve updated personal info and work and been DENIED twice in a week, LOYALTY doesn’t matter with them. You have to have Excellent credit to be approved now. And they won’t tell you why, until you get a lame letter a few weeks later in the email. Not fare for loyalty. Will not ever refer someone.
