Oslomote 

I would give Oslomote a 0 if it was possible.I ordered a large winter jacket which I tried cancelling 10 minutes after ordering.They refused to cancel.So eventually I get the jacket and now it’s too small.Not even a medium in size.
They are not a Norwegian shop either so don’t be fooled.

I thought the product was sold in Oslo. I didn't do any research, which was my own stupidity, and I ordered it a week in advance. The product arrived after I returned from vacation, I received the product after 2 weeks. There is a huge difference between the product they advertise and the product they send you. They are complete scammers, and the worst part is that you Dont Get full refund you r money back . Max 30% They kind of threaten to charge you for shipping. They say they'll charge you approximately the amount you paid for the product if you send it back. 70 euro shipping and 40 euro customs and you at the end you win nothing Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from this site. They use the name Oslo Moto. The product is definitely from China. They have no affiliation with Norway. As last the product I get And finally I would like to say that the quality of the product is so bad that you cannot even use it to wash your car. A piece of cloth.

First. after a negative review was written here. Oslomote wrote to me by e-mail. and provided order information. Observation. The product arrived but in a significantly smaller size than European standards. So it can be said that Oslomote is deceiving customers, acting as an intermediary between Chinese manufacturers and European ones. They do not inform customers about this, and automatically customers suffer due to clothing sizes. Because always when ordering goods from China, you need to order clothes several sizes larger, because the sizes do not correspond to European standards. Second. We can order directly from China ourselves. We don't need intermediaries. Oslomote scammer people on this principle. This is called financial fraud and customer fraud.

Poor quality, high price. Shipped from China. May as well use Temu for 1/10th price

Horrible quality. I ordered a coat that was very different from what the website shows. Very cheap quality (ebay/wish type quality) and horrible customer service that does not refund your money (unless you order through Klarna I guess).
Oslomote is a complete scam.

Oslomote is a scam. Return policy = no return! My advice is to avoid oslomote if you want to maintain user rights and value for money.

I bought 7 items in Oslo Mote (12-th of October). After 2 weeks I got parcel from China with one item that i did not bought (Oslo Mote registered in Sweden as I remember- that will be a problem if you want to sue them). I started case in Klarna and contacted store, they promised me to send items. I asked my new Tracking number two times, they just ignored me. During this time they closed my case in Klarna with prove that I got my items according first tracking number. I contacted with Klarna and reopened case, and applied for refund. After multiple strange communications they returned me part of my money. On my question why is it happened, they once again asked me my order number, which they asked me every time and after I send it they said to me that I bought items on 10-th of Desember and it was not passed 8 days after buying... it was on 6-th of December! After I mention that thay said that they contacted with the storage and will send me items in 4 days, after i mentioned that I already got some refund they promised to recheck. Than suddenly my case in Klarna was closed and as I understand from communication with Klarna support, Klarna in any case will transfer money to the store after about 1 month. Klarna will not help you to secure your money. Next communication with store same result - promise to check. So in reality Oslo Mote is not a store it is just the thieves who even did not plan to send you your items. They know that you will not sue them for few hundred crones, and like to stay "good" with Klarna, so will return you some of your own money.

Would absolutely not recomend buying from this place . 1st i got wrong colour of my jacket. 2nd its for very very tiny people . Never had an XL size that is so small even my wife who is smaller Than me couldnt were it. My next order i got right colour but the wrong size . I believe its a Scam site so i recomend not to buy from them . Also the quality is very poor

First of all they made it seem like good quality products on the website, but its not. It looks like the products is sent from Norway, or maybe Netherlands, it says nothing about China on their website, but it is sent from China. The quality of the clothes are equalent to clothes you can buy in wish for 1/10 of the price. I tried to return my package but that was close to impossible, even though the website says proudly that you have 30 days to return with no problems. I sent a mail right away and they are just trying to give me a discount, they went as low as 40%(still way to expensive for this quality) before they sent me some form that makes no sense that I have to fill out. They are basically saying fill out this form to perfection, find someone who wants to ship to us and then maybe you will get your money back, maybe. Neither Posten or postnord could ship to the adress they gave me so I dont know. Luckily I chose to pay with invoice because I didnt know the website and that wont get paid, believe me, im not giving up on this. This is by far my worst experience ever with online shopping from a ''Norwegian site''.

Satisfied with the product I got. Just takes a bit time with the delivery. Otherwise it's OK.

This website is a complete scamming and fraud.. do not go near it. They post one type of Products but send u different cheap similar product. They never refund u. They have multiple different websites different names but same products.. they send unbranded untaged without anything written on it products and when u want to return it they tell u the tags must be intact.. lol 😂 be careful from these scums
