Very nice shop
Very nice shop. Nice to come to the physical shop, regardless if I buy something or just to browse.
All internet orders are also processed quickly. And never had any issue with those.

Inform when a product box is damaged before sending that
Delivery was very fast and professionally packed.
The playmat I ordered though had a box missing the plastic transparent window in the front, while the playmat was stored in a plastic transparent bag inside the usual box.
Most likely the box got a damage during transport to store, yet as I am paying that full price I don't see why I had to receive the damaged item out of my order without being previously informed

Fast delivery but part of the order was cancelled without my knowledge.
I ordered hero quest, base game, and card sleeves for it. I received the card sleeves the next day, which was great, but after 5days the game had not arrived. I spoke with customer service and was informed that they had cancelled my order for the game without telling me, due to some error in their warehouse (likely the website showing stock incorrectly). So, now I have card sleeves but will need to buy the game elsewhere.
I am a big fan of this store and have shopped in the physical locations many times, with no complaints whatsoever, so I can't say whether or not them cancelling part of an order, without telling me, is indicative of the normal online shopping experience.
Because of how good the physical store is and the fact that the card sleeves arrived the next day, I'm giving 3/5. If this were my first experience with another store, using online shopping, I would have given 1/5.

I see that you ordered the game on the 14th of April.
On April the 15th, when we processed the order, our warehouse sent out an email to you regarding the stocking error and the cancellation.
Maybe the email went into your spam or junk filter? :)
When you contacted us later, we resent you the email to let you know about the situation.
We understand that this feels frustrating, and we have corrected the stocking error in our systems.
As a bandaid for the situation, we'll refund you for the rest of your order.
And you can freely keep the package of sleeves :)
You can always press the "ja, gi meg beskjed" button on our webpage to be notified when the game will be back in stock.
Again, we're very sorry for this experience and we hope you get ahold of the wished game :)

Accoding to the trackin number it should've been delievered in your mailbox on march the 30th.

Sometimes orders gets cancelled because of stock errors. We do our hardest to prevent these,
but they might happen every now and then.

Packaging was not sufficient for the weather we have. I suppose it’s my fault for choosing mailbox delivery though. The books received some water damage.
