Edil consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to every project he undertakes.

In addition to his technical contributions, Edil played a key role in enhancing our firm’s online presence by creating professional biographies and website materials. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensured that these resources accurately reflected our brand and values.
One of Edil’s standout qualities is his ability to leverage advanced tools, including AI, to improve efficiency. Iris has been very quick to respond to my communicated needs and goals, including problem-solving ways around how to produce content more quickly, while also meticulously researching methodology used by competitor businesses. She is able to take initiative and cares about quality outcomes. I feel very lucky to have been paired with Iris by Doneverse and, with her support, look forward to building a truly quality business with strong foundations.

My Doer has been amazing! My doer is following up on my social media weekly and helped create marketing funnels mapping the customer's journey from first learning about a brand (wide top) to becoming a loyal customer (narrow bottom), guiding prospects through stages like Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Decision, and Action (or Loyalty), she is helping my business tailor our strategies, content, and ads to nurture leads effectively.
She works with me through email marketing campaigns targeting specific pars of the our state and has created several new leads and created proposals for these leads. We have two successful new leads who are now customers! I am so happy for my doer and to Outsourced Doers for helping me take my business to the next level.

I believe this style of outsourcing can be very helpful for some businesses, and I genuinely hoped it would be a good fit for mine. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. The person I was matched with stopped attending work, which was a huge disappointment.
What made the situation even more difficult was the customer service experience. It took around two months to resolve the issue, which I feel was not reasonable and caused me a lot of stress due to the lack of timely responses and communication.
In the end, I was refunded the amount I requested, and I am grateful for that. However, based on my experience—particularly the long delays and limited customer service support—I cannot say the service worked well for me.
It's been quite a simple process from the beginning to be fair, nothing complicated or confusing. My Doer Steffi is great to work with and does her job very well indeed. I do obviously consider her to be part of my team and a very important cog in the machine. Thank you to Steffi and thank you to Doers for supporting and introducing Steffi to me.

I’m really happy with the Doer I’m currently working with. She’s personable, efficient, and willing to take on anything I ask. She’s proactive about learning new systems and has taken on backend website tasks that I simply wouldn’t have had time to figure out myself.
My experience getting to this point, however, was a bit rocky. It took almost three months to find the right fit, and I had two false starts with Outsourced Doers. The second Doer I was matched with really struggled with basic tasks and needed repeated guidance, to the point where my business progress stalled while I spent a lot of time training and hand-holding.
That said, the team at Outsourced Doers was responsive and committed to helping me find someone who was a better match. With some persistence, I was finally paired with my current Doer, and I’m hopeful we’ll continue working together long-term.
Overall, I’m happy with where things have ended up, though I feel the vetting and matching process could be improved to prevent experiences like my earlier one.
My Doer is fabulous! I've been working with Vince for over 12 months and he is wonderful. He completes his work with the highest attention to detail and he is quick to ask for guidance if something is unclear. I already had a lot of good training systems in my business and that has helped him grow and learn fast. I don't deal with the company much and have found their training to be a bit basic for my needs.

The team have put together a really great program with the support to get stuff done. The coaching opporutnities through weekly calls and a community group is also valuable and appreciated. The hold your hand, walk you through it, give you feedback and provide the tools to help you work effectively with your 'Doer'. It's up to you to put in the effort, and I'm getting better at it. Knowing my Marycris is there helping and working on my ideas keeps me accountable as well. I truly appreciate her efforts, sometimes we're learning together, however she always puts in 110% and I could not have done this much without her. Thankyou Marycris and the Doneverse team :)

I am absolutely thrilled with the work my Doer (Divine) is managing for me on a daily basis. We're building my business from scratch and, in just a matter of a few months, she has already completed my website and membership site, increased our social media engagement, brought our SEO to 100%, developed our elaborate and highly impactful digital course materials, and is now working on building an engaging email nurture campaign in Flodesk. She is resourceful, creative, and very responsive, and she brings a positive attitude everyday. Overall, she is a pure delight to work with. I would never have made this much progress on my own in this short amount of time. I'm very grateful!

My name is Derek Shumway and I am an operations manager at RCG Law Group, and have had the delightful pleasure to work with Outsourced Doers and with specifically Edil Adrian Castro. Working with Edil everyday has proven to be a very positive experience for my daily work, the firm's performance, and individual employee's who also get to work and interact with Edil. Edil is sharp, professional, asks good questions, and learns well. He has always been punctual and expert at following up and closing the loop. RCG Law Group has benefitted under Edil's contributions, as well as all other Doers we've had in the Doneverse!

I've been using Outsourced Does for nearly 4 months now. I've really mixed feelings about the whole thing. I'm a UK based small independant company and my hope was that this service would help me grow my business as stated. Outsourced Doers ads are what attracted me and my initial call was great, however it did lead to a heavy-close-style ending, e.g. book now for this major discount. I wasn't really into this, and the deal is confusing because the service didn't start for at least a few weeks but you're paying for them to 'train' YOUR Doer which is a strange approach. And then you think you're getting 3 months service but its actually 3 months less the time for them to accquire and train your Doer. It's a bit glazed over, for obvious reasons. My first DOER didn't ever really reflect my business that well, all the materials must encourage the use of AI and that approach means that the stuff they're churning out isn't the best. It needed alot of input on my part but really our desire as Founders is for the heavy lifting to be taken care of and for them to work mostly self-guided. At least that is my desire. I reportd this to Doers and little improved. If I have to write a tonne of instructions on how to do something then I may as well do it myself. My first Doer had to take sudden leave which was not permitted by the company, so I very suddendly had no Doer for at least a few weeks whilst they sought his replacement. Granted Doneverse did give me a month free service at that point which I was very happy with - this month then auto-renewed itself without any consultation which I am exceedingly unhappy with and is more or less the basis of my impending cancellation. My second Doer is great, there are flaws with the work and it tends to be AI driven, but he is able to work as I had hoped a bit more independantly and we have a good thing going. The reason I am frustrated with the auto-renewal is that we never discussed the price of a monthly renewal, it was just taken from my account - and when I asked about it I was told its normal and its a months notice to cancel (be aware). I gave notice to cancel simply to stop them charging my account without notice (and have asked for there to be a review before the services are terminated- we will see if this happens!), but the truth is I am still considering whether to cancel indefinately, and if I were to remain a customer the service would have to be significantly cheaper because otherwise its just not worth it. My Doer is great but there are limitiations and its not 'growing my business' as such its just helping me get my mammoth amount of tasks done a bit quicker. I am writing this review here because the customer service thinks I'm cancelling because there was no other way to stop the auto-renewal, but there is no one anywhere who seems to want to discuss this at all. Lets just be honest about it - it's cheap labour from the Philipinnes and its basically run off a script, the service delivers mixed results and the dealings around charges, training time, service length and auto renewals are unscrupulous as you might expect from something as such. Hopefully the company will pick this up and come to the table with something that genuinley reflects what it is.
The service provided was not worth the cost. The doer I was paired with did his best, but has little to no support/training and the customer service from my end was terrible. I would encourage finding a VA who works independently and not through a company like this one.
I'm really enjoying the amount of work and speed and quality Rhea is doing for my Nutrition Business. I am throwing alot of new tools at her and she is adapting and learning and even contributing ideas. She is a very quick learner and a "can do" personality I did not think about. I could never havr produced this much volume of work on my own.

I’ve been working with my VMA from Outsourced Doers for about a week and a half, and it’s been an excellent experience so far. In the past, I’ve hired VAs through other companies, and the process required a lot of heavy lifting on my end—writing detailed instructions, training, and constant oversight.
Outsourced Doers has been the complete opposite. Once I set clear expectations and outlined what I needed support with, my Doer immediately hit the ground running. In just a week and a half, she has accomplished more than I anticipated and has truly exceeded my expectations.
I’m so thankful to have found this company and look forward to continuing to work with them!

My Doer has been amazing. I didn't realise how much help I needed until I was linked with her and she has made so much difference not only to my business productivity in just one week but I mentally feel so much better, I have reduced my stress so much thanks to her. The quality of her work that she has designed and produced from social media mock-ups, to my lead magnet and so many things in between, has helped my business get back on track. I work a full time 40 hour job and on my evenings and weekends I have been trying to cram 15-20 hours additional work into doing all of these things myself and just feeling like I was getting nowhere. Having my Doer, Cheryl, has been a game changer. I honestly believe I would still be chipping away for months on my own if I didn't have her assistance. Do it, it's a great investment. I was reluctant at first based on cost, but I can see now how much quicker I will get my business goals achieved having the assistance of a Doer and better off in the long term.
