Bad, cheap products. And I really dislike how they try to get as much money out of you as possible. Don't like that they have my bank details now. Wish I could undo buying these low quality product. I bought gps tracker for my cats, bought two, they have screens pop up while you're buying so you get a bit confused as to what you've actually bought and agreed to. Bad shopping experience. And why does shipping costs add up so quickly? So many different costs for essentially the same thing, shipping + express shipping + handling + product.

I was looking to buy some electric mail cutters but was inundated with emails, Four I think , trying to encourage me to complete my purchase . During my first , and last, attempt to complete the order and pay for the item I got a message from my bank saying something was wrong and they blocked my account until I logged in to my back and proved it was my bank account . Then the emails started .. it seems the company has no integrity and want to make a sale at all costs. But now I cannot complete my purchase with any confidence.. therefore that’s it with Ozerty.

Be aware of this shady company they send you invoice for one price and then charge you double.

I bought a car scratch remover from the company and when checking out was given prompts of at least 6x addons like warranty for a scratch remover, yearly support etc which I all declined. Then it billed me for the item I never completed ordering. In fact. Even the invoice was fraudulent with shipping and taxes more than the item itself within Norway which demonstrates this is a scam company. Don’t fall for the scam and order from them

I would like to suggest to people to avoid Ozerty Norge because they fraudsters who take people's money. My order was 200kr or something but they take me 480 kr extra without my permision. I am very surprised that such thieves and fraudsters operate legally in a country like Norway is.

I would suggest people to avoid ozerty bcz they take money without permission. I have order of 99 kr, later i saw my credit card is charged 275 without my permission... Frustrating! And they send so many unnecessary email and promossion..

I recently read an article outlining how to avoid using companies that reject DEI standards. I suggested ordering directly from the company instead of going through Amazon.
And we all know, Amazon is top of the reject DEI standards.
So I ordered a dog toy from this company, the total at checkout was $14 and change. Less than an hour later I received a text from my bank asking if I authorized a charge for $34 and change from this company.
I promptly sent 2 emails to the company canceling the order. No response. No surprise.
I then called the fraud alert number for my bank and the outcome is that I have to cancel this card (for the second time in 3 months due to fraudulent activity), which means I have to update all the autopays connected to that card.
These "people" at this company are raking it in. Do not be fooled

They took money out of my account before I had even completed the order. I changed my mind after seeing all the extra charges they try to catch you out with.
I was speaking to customer services about the money (including a £13 service charge) Whilst the item was still in my "online cart". I was told there was a no refund policy and I would have to pay to send the item back for a refund once it arrived.

I'm disputing it with my bank and have had back and fourth communication with customer services; Who actually have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered.

They are pure scammers!

Do not do business with Ozerty. They throw extra fees in your order without your knowledge or permission. I emailed them a cancellation of my order the same day it was placed and they refused to acknowledge it. It's distasteful and dishonest the way they do business. Stay away from them for your own protection.

How are these people allowed to continue on the web.
I bought a small item then found they attempted to claim a “service charge” I declined..reported to credit card company, but they nevertheless paid it .
4 months later they have tried to claim a further sum, but this time cc company were alive and questioned it.
Trouble was cc company tried to contact me by what sounded like a recorded scam attempt. Surely they should have tried a more personal way to contact me ?

I so wish I had read these reviews before buying from them! Not only did they charge me £16 for ‘services’ without telling me I’m now worried that they will deduct money from my account whenever they feel like it!
Does anyone know owners? Or had any success in dealing with this company?

Tried to cancel order... Said I couldn't cause order was being processed... Said I could contact for refund after I receive item....my banks fraud department contacted me r today about unauthorized charges they are trying to put through on my card today... ( my purchase processed weeks ago). DO NOT purchase anything from this company or give them any card info!!!!!!

Along with many other reviews here, the exorbitant “services” charge caught me off guard, I would have never ordered from them if I knew. Customer service has not been unpleasant, but unyielding. Lesson learned and I won’t buy from them again

Bloody scamming theives!!! Stay away from this website. Purchased something listed as $26. After payment discovered, I got charged 2 seperate times totalling over $70. Surprised that the product I ordered even arrived. Rubbish.

Stole from my credit card. Unfortunately made 1 purchase for $60 and 6 months later they again deducted the same amount. Now I have to cancel my card to get my money back and stop them from stealing more.

I tried to cancel the order after about 2 hours when I looked at the final total. I couldn’t talk to anyone their recording said faster service through the email. Their response was order I process can’t be cancel. As is this date no more responses. Emailed everyday. They WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. 24 hr guarantee.

I was charged an extra $29 for services without any notification prior to this. Double the amount of the item I purchased. The amount showed up in a confirmation email after payment.
