The Evergoods CTB Ultra is perfect bag with most advanced and durable materials for daily use and expedition...The primary reason for my returning is because it was not fully compatiable with my figure but not because of quality or other issue...The communication with Packsmart is also pleasant, I will definitely consider shop here for my future backpacks.

I agree that washing information is not displayed anywhere, but I can tell you that the sleeping mask indeed can be washed. A great experience
A great experience! They have a vast assortment of products from some of the best brands, and the prices are slightly cheaper than sites like Mukama. The shopping experience itself is quick, easy, and hassle-free. The delivery was fast and problem-free, but it would've been nice to have the option to choose which carrier to make the delivery.
Packsmart uses DSV, which is a solid carrier, but not super convenient where i live. Just the option to choose between DSV or PostNord would've been nice to see in the future. But this is by far not a criticism, as everything turned out great anyway. I just thought it was worth mentioning/suggesting.
The package arrived perfectly intact, professionally packed with paper cushioning around the pouches, and the pouches themselves are the real deal. They feel nice, look nice, and i have absolutely no complaints. My pouches also arrived with a handwritten note from an employee, thanking me for my purchase. Was it necessary? Not really. But did it make me smile and appreciate their service quite a bit more.
10/10, will buy again (:
