Very disappointing experience with Parimatch. I made a deposit of ₹850, the amount was deducted successfully from my bank account, but it was never credited to my gaming wallet. Later the transaction status started showing as “Declined” on their platform.

What is more concerning is that this does not seem to be a one-time issue. Similar deposit problems appear to happen quite often with Parimatch, causing unnecessary stress and forcing users to continuously contact support and banks for refunds.

Support only gives template responses like “refund initiated” without clear timelines or proper tracking details. Users should not have to chase their own money after a successful bank deduction.

I hope Parimatch improves its payment system reliability and customer support transparency because incidents like this seriously affect user trust.

I am facing an unresolved withdrawal issue with Parimatch for nearly one year, and the experience has been extremely stressful and financially damaging.

During months of follow-ups, support provided multiple contradictory responses:

- “Withdrawal successful”
- “Too old to verify”

However:
• No money has been received in my bank account
• No money has been credited back to my betting account
• No UTR or transaction proof has been provided
• Support repeatedly closes chats without resolution

The most concerning issue is that they demand a bank confirmation letter while refusing to provide transaction details such as:
• UTR/reference number
• transaction date/time
• payment gateway reference

Without those details, no bank can investigate old transactions.

One support agent even admitted that if transaction records cannot be recovered, the full amount should be credited back to my betting account. Despite this, no resolution has been provided.

I request Parimatch to:

1. Provide complete transaction proof and UTR numbers, OR
2. Credit back the unresolved amounts immediately.

I hope no other customer experiences this level of delay, confusion, and lack of accountability.

On 16 March 2026, I deposited 50000 INR on Parimatch platform which has not come in my wallet till date. Today 2 months have passed but my amount has not come in my wallet till now. For so many days they are making me crazy that your payment is safe but that payment has not been given in my wallet till now. I gave them all the proofs on mail, even got the transaction confirmation letter made from the bank but there was no solution. After showing my ticket as resolved, they closed my ticket without any solution and till now my amount has not been given neither refunded in my account nor in my wallet.

Many of my deposits are still pending on this platform. They do not have proper support staff. They know that online betting is illegal in India, and that’s why they scam users after deposits. Their agents are fraudulent, and most of them are from Bihar and UP.
My deposits of ₹4000, ₹5000, ₹3000, and ₹2000 — a total of ₹14,000 — are still pending. They create support tickets for our issues, but without resolving them, they simply mark the tickets as solved.
Withdrawals may seem fast at first, but if you continue playing regularly, you will eventually get scammed by Parimatch.

Very disappointing experience with Parimatch.

My ₹5000 deposit has been pending for the last 14 days, and despite contacting support again and again, I still have not received my money back. Every single time, they send the same copy-paste replies like “please wait,” “we are checking,” or “your issue is under review.” There is no real solution, no proper timeline, and no accountability.

As a customer, it feels like I am being ignored completely. Instead of helping, they keep making me repeat the same issue while I continue struggling to get my own money. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

The worst part is the support experience. It feels more like talking to bots than real humans because every response sounds automated and emotionless. After 14 days, I still don’t know when or if my issue will actually be resolved.

The support team remains in an "expert review" loop, which is a clear violation of Curaçao licensing standards regarding timely payments.Demand:I require the ₹35,000 credited or a valid UTR number within 24 hours.
