I placed an order and did not receive…
I placed an order and did not receive my complete order, only part of it. I am still owed the shave gels that I ordered, and the third body wash. There is no phone number to call regarding customer service, nobody to speak to regarding the issue. I have enjoyed their products, but this kind of handling and having to waste my time on this is definitely not acceptable customer service. Order status indicates complete, and it is definitely not complete.

Particle for men is an excellent product. But it is imperative that it be used consistently to get the best results. If you ae being lax with its use, expect lax results. As with everything, you get out, what you put in. I am so glad I ordered particle, it is well worth the investment.

The good & bad shaving gel
I absolutely love the shaving gel! The thing that kept me from five stars is the container/dispenser for the shaving gel. It’s horrible! There has to be a better delivery system. I have to manually pull the plunger to the top to be able to pump additional gel out. Frustrating! Other than that, I’ve been very happy with all the other Particle products I have purchased.

It was a game changer
Early in my 30s, I realized that not all moisturizers are created equal. As I started learning more about skincare, I came across articles explaining that many moisturizers fail to deliver results for men because male skin is naturally thicker and requires formulations specifically designed to penetrate and work effectively. I also read that some products marketed to men were simply repackaged versions of women’s moisturizers with different branding. That explained why so many products I had tried in the past felt ineffective.
With the rise of men’s skincare brands heavily promoted on social media and endorsed by big-name magazines like Men's Health and GQ, I remained skeptical. The advertisements were convincing, but continue to doubt because I said models can be paid to advertise the product in the market. I I questioned whether the products would actually live up to the hype. Eventually, the generous guarantees and hassle-free return policies gave me enough confidence to finally give them a try. Package and products got lost in…
Package and products got lost in shipping. They said it was hand delivered to some individual at the address given the package was never found by neighbors both on the north or the south it’s been two weeks. I’ve had a couple emails stating that they would take care of the problem and haven’t heard back. The communication with particle sucks at this point. I’ll probably not ever use their products again. We’ll see if I get another answer in the next couple hours as it says on their website, they will answer in a couple hours on their messaging protocol. They don’t have a phone number on the website so you could actually talk to a human agent. I’m sure it’s happening many times before.

The buying process was no problem. This was my second order of products. Maybe the last time, as I have been using the face cream for some time now, and it has not worked as advertised. Nothing has changed. The same goes for the neck cream, no change. So, giving it one more chance before I give up.
