The part showed up curled into a U…
The part showed up curled into a U shape. When I contacted them with pictures of the box with no damage, but a picture of the U shaped tube. All they said was that I needed to contact the shipping company. BUT, the shipping company did nothing wrong!!! It was the person who packaged the part, since the box wasn't even damaged!!!!
Next, according to the website and the invoice. The parts were supposed to include the compression nuts and sleeves. When I asked about that, they said I ordered another part. Hard to believe I could order another part when both told me they were included in my order.
Niether of those conserns seemed to concern them. Not very happy with their assistance.

I needed some parts for an ice maker. The oem parts had been updated and were available on PartsFE. The wiring was going to be different and had me a bit concerned. The PartsFe replacement parts came quickly by mail, and had excellent instructions on the new wiring, and had all the adapters, wires, etc. included. The repair went smoothly and my ice maker is up and running again. More importantly, my wife is very happy again with the ice maker and very impressed with me! Thanks

I expected better customer service
I expected better customer service, they responded to my request but in their time and they did not refund me (until now )in a prudent time, being that the package was lost in FedEx and I have to keep waiting to see if they find it, it is no longer the customer's problem, they must return the money as soon as it is known that it was not going to arrive

Too long pressing time and inaccurate inventory
I ordered three items. One item was canceled the next day due to a stock issue. Seven business days later, I received an email saying that only one item had been shipped.
However, there has been no update at all regarding the remaining item.
I seriously question whether it should take this long to process an order, especially when I placed it for items that were listed as in stock on their website.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I should have heard from others about some very negative experiences as well.
