Paris Salon

Had a meeting in Paris. Called the PP salon for appointment. When I arrived - they had no appontment scheduled for me - and nobody was available (although I was only customer in salon). I know they are attractive but could still treat people in decent manner.

Exceptional watches

Having enjoyed visits to Patek’s manufacture in Geneva and having acquired timepieces from this company I can see why they are regarded as being at the pinnacle of the watchmaking industry. They have perfected the art of micro-engineering and produce beautifully, primarily hand-finished, watches which range from displaying just hours and minutes through to the most complex of complications, such as minute repeaters, perpetual calendars and split chronographs. Some pieces are so sought after that demand massively exceeds supply, which causes inevitable frustrations at the points of sale but it would be unfair to attribute any blame to Patek for this outcome of their enviable and justifiable success.

Slimy sales tactics

Slimy sales tactics. The only way to get a desired model is to spend a ton of money on other undesirable watches. It’s a pathetic approach that tarnishes the brand.

Nothing out of the world

My cousin was lucky enough to have a present from a very rich guy. Phillipe Patek looks like an ordinary watch. Just showing off in my opinion. But quality is obvious to eye

Watch like watch

Maybe I don’t understand something but what is the difference between patek and my 300 bucks seiko. For real, it happened to me to know one businessman that managed to reach such a level to afford real patek. At the same time, my seiko. No questions, both work fine, but the difference in materials is minimal, the work of mechanism, all the same. Only brand name and price tag…

Extremely overpriced and over valued…

Extremely overpriced and over valued for what is on offer!
Design's are boring!
Quality and craftsmanship is amazing but still the products are definitely not worth it!
There is much better option from other brands with same or better quality and design with much lower prices!
Avoid this brand!

An Open Letter to Patek Philippe

An Open Letter to Patek Philippe

Seven years ago, my stepson died of cancer. His last wish was that his father wear his Patek Philippe watch — a daily reminder of their bond.

This summer, in Forte dei Marmi, thieves ripped that watch from my husband’s wrist. Losing it was not only violent — it meant losing the last gift from his son.

We went to the police. We hired a private investigator. We called Patek Philippe — to report the stolen serial number, to ask that it be flagged in case the watch is serviced, and to inquire if a watch of the same generation could be purchased, so my husband might keep that connection alive.

What we received in return: nothing. No system. No follow-up. No empathy. You speak with a receptionist; no one ever calls back. When you finally reach someone again, they have no record of your previous call. And so you start all over again — with another receptionist, repeating the same painful story.

Patek Philippe prides itself on creating heirlooms “to carry into the next generation.” But when a grieving father asked for help, the brand turned away.

If luxury means anything, it must mean humanity. And in this, Patek Philippe failed.

Worst Service Experience EVER!

Worst Service Experience EVER!
Unfortunately PP gave me different information about an authorized dealer, which put me at a disadvantage. Instead of an apology, however, all I got was some bullshit talk about how proud I was to have chosen this brand. Beautiful watches. But you have to be aware that the service is correspondingly neglected.

In my opinion this brand of watch it’s one of the greatest all time, with a classic exclusive remain always on top and they deserve it for that hard work in all this years, to be on top with so many luxury brands watches it’s not really easy
