No response from Customer Support

Due to previous issues with Customer Support. I decided to cancel a PreOrder I have open.

No Response from Customer Support, The order has not been cancelled. It's been 5 days. I now have to file a payment dispute.

They are still having a problem with accepting emails into their system.

Not sure what’s going on with Customer Service

Not sure what’s going on. Love Paul McCartney but I ordered his new McCartney iii CD with the yellow bundle, release date 18th December. It’s still pending. If it’s been delayed by COVID, ok, but I paid in full on 17th November, I’ve emailed 3 times, I’ve tried a DM, all I want to know is I will be getting my order and my money hasn’t just disappeared into the ether. Very disappointed with the company on how they respond. The first time I emailed their USA customer service in error, they emailed straight back but said I had to email their UK customer services, so I did. Been waiting nearly a month now just to hear I haven’t been forgotten about. They’ve had my money since November, not sure why they took the payment before they dispatched. A previous order with them, the money was only taken when they packaged my order up for delivery.
